Villa Simonetta, also known as BRV SNT, is a 5-bedroom villa in Tuscany, located within a short walk from restaurants and shops in Calenzano. Built in 1800, this recently restored, 2-story villa features a classically detailed exterior and an elegant interior.

The interior boasts spacious, light-filled rooms, an open-well central staircase, and many original details, including beautiful antiques, hardwood floors, and high ceilings. The living room features 2 fireplaces and several lounge areas. A separate reading room offers a large screen TV.

The generous dining table can seat up to 10 people comfortably and features 4 large east-facing windows, which let in the morning sun. The kitchen is well equipped, while the laundry room has a washer and dryer. Outside, a portico hosts a dining table for enjoying meals in the shade away from the hot Tuscan sun.

The ground floor bedroom has a queen-size bed and ensuite bathroom with shower. The other 4 bedrooms are all located on the first floor. Two bedrooms have queen-size beds, while 1 bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed. The last bedroom offers twin beds. Three of the bedrooms share an adjacent bathroom. Two bathrooms have a tub, separate shower and sauna.

The private swimming pool is set in a lush, enclosed garden. This villa also comes with parking, iPod docking stations, satellite TV, and WiFi.

    The Italy trip was fantastic. The villa was something out of a dream and just gorgeous. We had more room than we could ever use. The bedrooms were all as advertised and the bathrooms all different but each had essentials and worked flawlessly. The best thing was the housekeeper who we hired to cook for us and were rewarded with each meal being better than the last. She is a gifted chef. She shared stories and kept us smiling. We even changed some trip plans to just enjoy the villa. Some of us went swimming in the pool! It was like the first swim of the summer. Thank you for the recommendation
