Villa Canoe Cove, also known as VL CAN, is a contemporary 7-bedroom villa located in Ocho Rios within steps of the beach and a short drive from shopping. This beachfront villa is situated on 3 private acres on Old Fort Bay.

Villa CAN features stylish décor. The interior offers textures of exotic wood and stylish furnishings. The floors are made of cedar, jojoba, Honduran pine, marble, coral stone, and natural cement, creating a cooling feel under bare feet. The spacious great room comprises a living area with comfortable sofas and a dining area with seating for up to 10 guests.

Two downstairs bedrooms each offer a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a deep tub and open-air shower, and a queen-size sofa bed. The third bedroom on this floor has a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The fourth downstairs bedroom is ideal for children with its 2 queen-size beds and ensuite bathroom with a small walk-in shower. Three bedrooms on this floor open to the patio. Located upstairs are 3 more bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, and access to the balcony.

Guests may cool off after visiting the private gym and massage room in the junior-size Olympic swimming pool, which features competition lanes and connecting shallow pools with entry for toddlers. A putting green, clay tennis court, large man-made sandbox, and grassy lawn adorn the grounds.

A golf course and helipad are located nearby. This villa, which is wheelchair accessible, also comes with a quarter-size basketball court and hoop, a hot tub, outdoor shower, iPod docking stations, paddleboard, a piano, a ping-pong table, billiards table, sea kayak, snorkeling gear, and WiFi.

Villa Canoe Cove, or VL CAN, comes with house cleaning services. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
