Villa Corinna, also known as BRV CRN, is a 6-bedroom villa in the Florence countryside, located less than 10 minutes from San Clemente. This elegant and idyllic refuge sits on 32,300 sq. ft. of enclosed land.

The 3-story villa and adjacent annex has been renovated and decorated in a typical Tuscan country style with bright colorful accents. The sun-washed double living room features plush sofas facing a fireplace. The adjacent dining area has a large table, which seats up to 12 guests, and opens to the garden and outdoor loggia. The kitchen is bright and well equipped. A TV room with a second fireplace and a guest bathroom complete this floor.

The spacious annex living room provides a comfortable sitting area with a TV and wood-burning stove. This room doubles as a dining area with a table, which seats up to 6 people. The room has direct access to the garden through large glass doors. A separate kitchen offers room for cooking or enjoying breakfast.

This villa and annex can accommodate a total of 12 guests. Four bedrooms are located on the first floor of the main house, while 1 bedroom is situated on the second floor. The annex houses the sixth bedroom. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. Five bathrooms are each equipped with a large shower.

A lounge area with sun beds, umbrellas, and a small gazebo (offering protection from the summer heat) surrounds the private swimming pool. This villa also comes with parking, satellite TV, a washer, and WiFi.

Villa Corinna, or BRV CRN, has house cleaning services available during the week. Ask your villa specialist for details.

    The Italy trip was fantastic. The villa was something out of a dream and just gorgeous. We had more room than we could ever use. The bedrooms were all as advertised and the bathrooms all different but each had essentials and worked flawlessly. The best thing was the housekeeper who we hired to cook for us and were rewarded with each meal being better than the last. She is a gifted chef. She shared stories and kept us smiling. We even changed some trip plans to just enjoy the villa. Some of us went swimming in the pool! It was like the first swim of the summer. Thank you for the recommendation
