Villa Leandra, also known as BRV LEN, is a 7-bedroom villa located just a 20-minute drive from Lucca and its restaurants and shops. This villa is close to the beaches of Forte dei Marmi and ideal for day trips.

Nestled amid 6 hectares of manicured land, this 4-story property offers elevator access to each floor. The bright and formal living room features Persian rugs, antiques, and family heirlooms. Large French doors open to garden views. The media room features a large flat screen satellite TV. Both the spacious kitchen and nearby office are well equipped. This property is air-conditioned throughtout.

The wine cellar offers a wide selection of Tuscan wines. The formal dining room has a generous table, which seats up to 18 guests, and French doors that open to the outdoors. A laundry room and staff quarters complete this floor. Situated off the ground-floor kitchen is wonderful gazebo, which is elegantly furnished for lounging or outdoor dining.

This villa sleeps 14 people. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Four of the bathrooms have additional bathtubs. Five bedrooms are located on the first floor, while 2 bedrooms are situated on the second floor. Four bedrooms are each furnished with a king-size bed or twin beds. The remaining 3 bedrooms are each furnished with a king-size bed.

Mature trees surround the villa, creating a private refuge. The landscaped grounds also include a private solar-heated swimming pool, a tennis court, putting green, and several walking trails. The pool house has changing rooms with showers, a gym, a mini-kitchenette, and a sauna for up to 3 people. This villa also comes with a barbecue, iPod docking stations, parking, a washer and dryer, and WiFi. This rental requires a security deposit of €5,000 to be held at the agency.

The Italy trip was fantastic. The villa was something out of a dream and just gorgeous. We had more room than we could ever use. The bedrooms were all as advertised and the bathrooms all different but each had essentials and worked flawlessly. The best thing was the housekeeper who we hired to cook for us and were rewarded with each meal being better than the last. She is a gifted chef. She shared stories and kept us smiling. We even changed some trip plans to just enjoy the villa. Some of us went swimming in the pool! It was like the first swim of the summer. Thank you for the recommendation
