Spread across two levels, the interiors of Villa Ardisia are modern and tranquil. A color palette of creamy neutrals and warm wooden accents creates a contemporary feel, while the luxurious furnishings provide every comfort. Special touches like a table made from reclaimed wood and striking modern art complete this sophisticated beachfront home.

Located on the shores of Great Cruz Bay, this villa enjoys a fabulous location with peerless privacy. Within minutes you can be wining and dining in the village of Cruz Bay, diving into the crystalline waters, or lounging on the world-famous beaches along the North Shore.

Living Spaces: The gorgeous great room helps you forget about the hectic pace of modern life. The bright, open-plan space is home to the living room, dining room, and kitchen.

In the living room, a large L-shaped sofa is an ideal place to relax during your stay. Whether you’re kicking back with your morning coffee, an afternoon cocktail, or a movie night, this is the space to do so. The island breeze washes through the open sliding doors, and you can glimpse the luxury yachts on the nearby water, sailing in and out of the bay.

Kitchen and Dining Room: The well-equipped kitchen at Villa Ardisia has everything you’ll need to prepare gourmet meals during your stay. The concierge can even organize a grocery delivery, or for a special occasion, a private chef.

The elegant indoor dining table is a fabulous spot for dinner parties, carved from a single piece of wood. There’s also a table under the outdoor cabana, letting you pair your meal with the cool open-air and fantastic views over Great Cruz Bay.

Bedrooms: There are 5 bedrooms at Villa Ardisia, quiet and tranquil places ideal for recharging at the end of each day.

The first bedroom is on the main level, while three more are on the upper level. Each of these rooms has a plush king-sized bed, an ensuite with an outdoor shower, and a private balcony area with views over the water. The fifth bedroom is on the beach level with an ensuite.

Outdoor Features: The outdoor terrace at Ardisia Villa lets you embrace the good life on St. John. The large, covered cabana offers excellent views over the water, with a lounge area it’s the ideal spot to host a sunset cocktail party.

You could spend all day lounging by the villa’s gorgeous swimming pool, sunbathing on loungers between refreshing dips in the water. The infinity-edge cascades over to the beach level, creating a gorgeous waterfall feature.

Speaking of the beach, Villa Ardisia is one of only a few villas in St. John with direct access to a the water. There are more loungers on the sandy area by the water’s edge, letting you relax and soak up the island weather. When you’re keen to wade in, we recommend water shoes to get over the rocks and onto the sandy bottom of the bay.

Exploring the island is also recommended. The stunning North Shore is around a 10-minute drive, offering pristine white sand and sparkling turquoise waters. From here, adventures into the National Park are also within reach, with walking trails, ruins, and plenty more remote beaches to discover.
