Villa Aliseo, also known as BGI ALI, is a 9-bedroom villa located in Sandy Lane Estate within minutes of the beach and shopping. Lush, tropical gardens surround this spacious villa.

The main entrance leads into the formal living area with a large kitchen and formal dining area off to the left. French doors lead out onto the partially covered dining terrace, which overlooks the large pool area and gardens.

On the lower level is an open-plan living area, complete with a bar, karaoke machine, and game table offering both billiards and ping pong. The lower level also features an air-conditioned home theater, a well-equipped gym, and a small pantry and kitchen. French doors lead out to a second covered dining terrace that flows directly onto the spacious pool terrace. A nearby gazebo enjoys sweeping views of the entire grounds.

Each air-conditioned bedroom suite has an ensuite bathroom and walk-in closets. The master bedroom is set apart from all of the rooms and located on the top floor. The master suite features a king-size bed and large private balcony, which overlooks the swimming pool and views of the grounds. Four of the other bedrooms have king-size beds, while 4 bedrooms have twin beds (ideal for children).

A deck with loungers surrounds the large pool. This villa also comes with a jukebox, an iPod docking station, barbecue, cable TV, computer, and WiFi. This property is located near tennis and golf facilities. Guests also receive access to the Sandy Lane Property Owners beach facility. This rental requires a refundable security deposit, which is equal to 1 night stay.

Villa Aliseo, or BGI ALI, comes with house cleaning services. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
