Villa Aurora, also known as BGI ARA, is a 5-bedroom villa located in Sandy Lane Estate within minutes of the beach and shopping. This classically elegant, Georgian-style villa is situated on 2 acres of well-manicured grounds adorned with orchids and other tropical flowers.

The spacious living room has a circular couch, high tray ceilings, and a unique crystal chandelier. Pocket-style doors slide back, opening the room to a large covered terrace with cushioned Rattan couches and chairs overlooking the pool and tropical gardens. The covered terrace also houses an informal dining area and connects to a dining gazebo with seating for 9 guests. A separate media room offers ample seating and a flat screen cable TV.

Each air-conditioned bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower (3 bathrooms have bathtubs). While 1 bedroom has a king-size bed, the other 4 bedrooms have twin beds that can be pushed together to make a king-size bed. One bedroom has an additional king-size bed. The lower level has an additional room with an ensuite bathroom and private patio. This room can be used as an office or as an additional guestroom.

An expansive deck with loungers wraps around the large mosaic-tiled swimming pool. A private tennis court with pergola adorns the grounds. This house also comes with a barbecue, beach chairs, an electronic gate entry, fax machine, board games, high-speed Internet and WiFi, and use of a private cabana at Sandy Lane Beach. A very shy cat roams the property during the day.

Villa Aurora, or BGI ARA, comes with house cleaning services. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.

This villa requires a $500 security deposit.
