Featuring breathtaking views over the ocean, this villa is located just a short drive from the North Shore beaches. Situated on a private peninsula with a path to the waterfront, Villa Sea Edge enjoys breathtaking wall to wall views of Rendezvous Bay.

In classic Caribbean fashion, Villa Sea Edge manages to blend its indoor and outdoor living areas. Large windows and sliding doors open to the outside world, allowing the ocean views to become as much a part of the décor as anything else. Throughout the entire home, the island-style furnishings create an easy-going, relaxed atmosphere.

With a private location on the cliffs between Klein and Monte Bay, this property lets you make the most of the natural beauty on St. John. The gorgeous North Shore is a 10-minute drive, while the restaurants and shops in the village of Cruz Bay are only 5 minutes.

Living Spaces: A gorgeous great room combines the living room, kitchen, and dining room. All three face the stunning ocean view; throwing open the doors lets you immerse yourself in the tropical landscapes, and kick back in the gentle island breeze.

In the living room, soft sofas make it easy to relax, disconnecting from the rushes of modern life. There’s a state-of-the-art Sonos sound system for listening to music, and a flat-screen TV for movies. It’s an ideal place to entertain.

Kitchen and Dining Room: The modern kitchen at Sea Edge Villa features everything you’ll need to whip up island-style meals during your stay. A large kitchen island means there’s plenty of space for your whole group to get involved, and a breakfast bar encourages you to socialize while cooking as well.

The concierge service can organize a grocery delivery, or for a night off, a private chef. Whether you’re cooking yourself or letting a professional do the work, the elegant dining area is a magnificent spot to enjoy a meal.

Bedrooms: Spread out between the main house and a separate cottage are 5 bedroom suites. Each room comes equipped with a Smart TV for entertainment, an ensuite bathroom, and a private balcony with views over the bay.

There are two bedrooms on the main level, one with a queen and the other with either a king or two twins. There’s a queen suite upstairs, and another queen suite on the level below.

The fifth bedroom is on the upper level of the main house, with a king-sized bed and a private balcony overlooking the pool and ocean below.

Outdoor Features: The outdoor spaces at Villa Sea Edge are ideal for entertaining. The indoor living area opens wide to a covered terrace, complete with several lounges, chairs, and even a billiards table for a game or two.

The covered terrace continues to wrap around the kitchen and dining room, offering more spots to curl up with a good book or sip on a cocktail while watching a sunset. Beyond the terrace, a deck with loungers frames the large, infinity-edge pool, which faces the bay.

There’s also a gazebo that houses a cushioned swing (suitable for 2 guests). Stairs descend from the house to a path that leads to the waterfront where you can enter the water to swim and snorkel.

Amenities: Exquisite details and design help enhance your stay at Villa Sea Edge. This villa also comes with air-conditioning, beach chairs and towels, a cooler, gas grill, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and a washer and dryer.

Villa Sea’s Edge in St. John comes with mid-week house cleaning services – contact your villa specialist for more details. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
