Extensively remodeled, the interiors of Estate Rose are incredible. Airy and bright, the elegant wooden furnishings contrast with the natural stone walls, creating a tranquil atmosphere. Extensive living spaces blend indoor and outdoor areas - this is a slice of luxury in the Caribbean.

Nestled among a lush 1.1 acres on a ridge between Great Cruz Bay and Chocolate Hole, the views from the property are sublime. The villa is also conveniently located minutes from National Park beaches, fine dining, entertainment options, and shopping in nearby Cruz Bay.

Living Spaces: A handsome great room acts as the cozy heart of Villa Estate Rose, combining the living room, dining area, and kitchen. Opening on both sides to the stunning views, it’s a great spot to gather with family and friends and enjoy some quality time together.

The living room features plush white sofas, while a grand piano in the corner adds an elegant touch. Collapsing here at the end of a day exploring the island is comfortable, with the cool island breeze washing through the room.

Kitchen and Dining Room: The spacious kitchen at Villa Estate Rose can handle any culinary challenge. A breakfast bar is great for casual snacks or your morning coffee.

Between the living room and kitchen is the elegant dining table, a fantastic setting for island-style feasts. There are also two outdoor tables: one on the covered terrace outside, the other on the garden terrace. Both enjoy fantastic views towards the west, with the lights of St. Thomas twinkling to life at night.

Bedrooms: There are 4 bedrooms at Villa Estate Rose. Three are in a separate building, set a level lower than the main house. The master suite here has a king-sized bed, ensuite, small sitting area, and office space.

Bedrooms two and three are next door, both with ensuites and views towards the south. One has a king-sized bed, the other a queen. The fourth bedroom is inside the Gate House, a quiet and private option with a small kitchenette and sitting area. This room also has a queen-sized bed.

The villa’s entertainment room acts as the fifth bedroom, with a sleeping sofa ideal for kids. It also has a large library of books, a table for card games, and a flat-screen TV for movie nights.

Outdoor Features: On one side of the great room, a covered terrace area faces the west. A lounge area is great for setting up a sunset cocktail hour, watching as the sea and sky glow rosy gold in the late afternoon.

A spacious garden terrace provides even more space to enjoy the gorgeous Caribbean weather. There’s a built-in grill, and another comfortable lounge as well. The jacuzzi is particularly enticing for a night under the stars.

Descending to the lower level brings you to Villa Estate Rose’s pool. Loungers line the water, letting you soak up the island rays between refreshing dips. A small table and chairs here offer a nice spot for a fresh lunch. From here, the views of St. Croix to the south are incredible.

Within walking distance is the beach at Great Cruz Bay. If you feel like being pampered, the nearby Westin Resort welcomes visitors to indulge in their beach amenities, elegant cocktail bar, and world-class Spa.
