Villa Cayman Sands, also known as GCM CSD, is a 5-bedroom villa in Old Man Bay, located just steps from the beach. This villa on the north coast enjoys panoramic sea views.

The great room with a vaulted ceiling has sliding glass doors, which open to the screened-in atrium. The great room features cushioned couches and a dining table with seating for up to 8 guests. Adjacent to the dining area is the modern, well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast counter and chairs. The sitting area features a wall-mounted TV, which can swing out from the wall. The separate laundry room has a folding counter and an ice maker.

Both master suites open to the atrium. One suite has a king-size bed, while the second master bedroom features a queen-size bed. The 2 guest bedrooms located off the living area are ideal for children. One bedroom has twin beds, while the second guest bedroom features 2 sets of bunk beds, each with twin-size beds.

The guest cottage features a master suite with a queen-size bed, kitchenette, screened porch, and a second-story balcony. The guest cottage is never rented separately to unrelated guests while the main house is occupied.

The screened-in atrium houses the freshwater pool, which can be heated during winter months for an additional charge. Beyond the large sandy area is a beachfront gazebo and 2 hammocks (perfect for napping). This non-smoking property, which is wheelchair accessible, also comes with beach towels, ceiling fans, air-conditioning, a charcoal barbecue, WiFi, a washer and dryer, and 2 sea kayaks.

*Note: Additional Silver Thatch tandem kayaks and stand up paddleboards (SUPs) available for discounted rental. Signed waiver and 5-day minimum required with 6th and 7th day free: US$39 per day per kayak/SUP ($195 per week/each). Paddles included.
