Villa Christmas Palms, also known as GCM CPM, is a 4-bedroom villa in Old Man Bay, located just steps from the beach. Villa GCM CPM enjoys spectacular water views.

The light and airy interiors feature ample windows, offering natural sunlight and views. The living area with a flat screen TV and 2 cushioned sofas faces the floor-to-ceiling glass doors, which open to the pool area and beach beyond. The indoor dining room provides seating for up to 8 guests, while the large, well-equipped kitchen has a breakfast table with seating for 6 guests.

Villa GCM CPM accommodates up to 10 people. The second floor houses 3 bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, and a screened porch or balcony overlooking the sea. The remaining bedroom on the first floor offers twin beds, which can convert into a king-size bed, and an adjacent half bathroom. This bedroom also opens to a screened porch with a sea view. A sleeper sofa is also available in the living room for guests.

A small deck with loungers and chairs frames one side of the freshwater swimming pool. Steps from the pool lead directly to the beach and excellent snorkeling areas in the sea. This non-smoking villa also comes with WiFi, a charcoal barbecue, hammock, beach towels, a cabana, central air-conditioning, an outdoor shower, a washer and dryer, off-street parking, and 2 sea kayaks.

*Note: Additional Silver Thatch tandem kayaks and stand up paddleboards (SUPs) available for discounted rental. Signed waiver and 5-day minimum required with 6th and 7th day free: US$39 per day per kayak/SUP ($195 per week/each). Paddles included.
