Villa Fischer's Reef, also known as GCM FSR, is an 8-bedroom villa located in Cayman Kai, just steps from the sand. This beachfront villa enjoys a spectacular view of the sea through swaying palm trees.

Villa GCM FSR is ideal for large families or parties with its spacious, open-floor plan. The large living area with cushioned sofas and a flat screen TV opens to a second furnished sitting area and an indoor dining area, which features 2 long wooden tables and seating for up to 20 guests. Located nearby is a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast table.

Four bedrooms have king-size beds, while 3 bedrooms offer queen-size beds. The eighth bedroom is ideal for children with twin-size bunk beds. Each bedroom features an ensuite bathroom.

A deck with loungers (perfect for sunbathing) frames the beachfront infinity swimming pool, which can be heated in the winter for an additional charge. Situated nearby are 2 umbrella-covered, outdoor dining tables with chairs. Steps descend to a sandy area, a gazebo with cushioned chairs, and a beachside hammock (ideal for afternoon naps). A paddleboard and sea kayak allow guests to explore the water steps away.

This non-smoking villa also comes with central air-conditioning, ceiling fans, Apple TV, beach towels, a crib and highchair, an electronic security gate, a water purification system, gas grill, an outdoor shower, a Sonos sound system, washer and dryer, and WiFi. A cottage occupied by an on-island manager is located near the security gate and road. Lush landscaping separates the cottage from the villa.

*Note: Silver Thatch tandem kayaks and stand up paddleboards (SUPs) available for discounted rental. Signed waiver and 5-day minimum required with 6th and 7th day free: US$39 per day per kayak/SUP ($195 per week/each). Paddles included.
