Villa Impulse Beach Estate, also known as TNC IMP is Grace Bay’s most-recent gem. This 8-bedroom luxury estate sits on one of the most desirable pieces of land with amazing beach frontage on one side and canal frontage/private boat dock in the back.

Located on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world with a live reef just offshore, you may just be lucky enough to spot the resident octopus.

The villa has a unique inverted floor plan offering guests panoramic views of Grace Bay Beach which are unmatched on island. The villa offers eight large bedrooms, all with private ensuite bathrooms, large soaking tub, shower stall, and double vanities. Also in each is a work desk, small kitchenette, mini fridge and a private washer/dryer.

The Admiral and Driftwood Suites have amazing sea views with king beds. The Anchorage and Mariner’s Suites offer partial sea views with two sets of queen/twin bunk beds. The Vegas and Imperial Suites open to the pool deck and have king beds. All bedrooms are on the ground floor and offer excellent privacy and space.

There's also the Mermaid Cottage which has a full kitchen, living room, washer/dryer, and features a king bed and offers good privacy and the Cabana Suite with a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and is built next to the pool.

Upstairs the top floor offers some of the most striking views on the island. Due to the design, it lends itself for large parties and events, offering plenty of seating, games, a huge private bar, 108" Ultra HD large projection TV, as well as a giant chef’s kitchen. The upper level also features a wrap-around terrace with ample seating, 2 BBQ grills and both indoor and outdoor dining.

There are two hammocks on the beach level, tons of beach chairs, a private bar– one of the most amazing bars on the island (alcohol not included) plus a swim-up pool bar, plenty of cabanas as well as an area with a private changing area and full bathroom. Lots of games including a glass ping pong table, dartboard, fuzzball, chess, corn hole, horseshoes, ring toss, shuffleboard, 2 full size, arcade games, pool table, spikeball, and more.

Villa Impulse comes with a daily villa attendant (setup beach chairs/umbrellas, prepare pool cabanas etc). Golf cart is for easy transportation to the marina around the corner as well as the best snorkeling in the country – smiths reef (just down the beach) and can be used on Coconut Rd and Bridge Rd, meaning it may go to Naughty Gull, Baci and Shark Bite. It can't go to Mango Reef or Magnolia.
