Villa Coconut Walk, also known as GCM CWK is a 7/8-bedroom luxuriously gated beachfront estate directly on 7 Mile Beach.

The grand entry foyer, the vaulted grand salon/living area with wall of sliding glass offers a stunning view to the pool area and sea. The covered lanai off the formal dining room overlooks the large freshwater pool and barefoot white-sandy beach.

The south wing has a music room with grand piano, large game room with pool table, wet bar and foosball table, full bath, laundry (double units). The south staircase leads to the second floor enormous beachfront king master suite with TV, as well as two more king bedroom suites.

The north wing contains a luxury chef's kitchen, dining room, children's media/game room and cinema room as well as powder room and the north staircase leads to the second floor beachfront king master suite with TV, a double bedroom (2 double beds) and another bedroom with a california king and TV that share a full bathroom. The 7th bedroom has double queen beds and is on the ground floor and the 8th queen bedroom is located in the guest cottage, perfect for teenagers or nannies and is available for additional charge.

The south stairs lead only to the south suites and the north stairs lead only to the north wing master suite and bedrooms. It is a great configuration for two families or for dividing the house into adult and teenager areas.

The covered porch, grand salon, music room and game room all open to the pool and entertaining areas on the beach. Multiple dining tables and chairs may be paired together under the cabana roof to offer lanai seating for 14-18 guests.

The pool area sits back from the beach and is elevated sufficiently to offer privacy from any passersby. This particular property offers the utmost privacy for a celebrity or guest in the Cayman Kai area. No one will know you are here unless you tell them yourself.

Note: Additional Silver Thatch tandem kayaks and stand up paddleboards (SUPs) available for discounted rental. Signed waiver and 5-day minimum required with 6th and 7th day free: US$39 per day per kayak/SUP ($195 per week/each). Paddles included.
