Villa Sandcastle, also known as TNC SND is a brand new 2-bedroom located on the sandy shores of the #1 beach in the world, Grace Bay Beach and was completed in late February 2018.

The oversized private swimming pool which transforms into an illuminated show of light with the touch of a button at night. Inside you will find a comfortable ocean front living room with a high-end smart TV (which appears like magic from the floor), a large modern kitchen, and two spacious beachfront king master suites with ensuite bathrooms.

Just walk from your living room into the calm, clear waters and within 30-45 seconds you will be a part of this magical underwater wonderland. Villa Sandcastle is also in walking distance to several exceptional restaurants, coffee shop, bistro and the island’s main marina where you’ll find a full service dive outfit, bike rental, car rental, fishing excursions and other water adventures, and more.

**Sandcastle is located almost directly on Smiths Reef, Smith’s Reef is widely regarded to offering the best snorkeling in the country. A strip of beach rock exists between the sand and the water in part because of this reef. Once you step over the rock it mostly disappears to reveal a soft sandy bottom with amazing snorkeling just ahead.

***A cleaning fee of $285 is added to the rental rate.

****The air conditioning is metered in order to discourage use with the doors and windows open. There is a separate, easy to read, digital AC meter where you may monitor AC usage if you wish. Guest are given an AC allotment of $200 and most do not exceed this amount.
