Villa AXA ALE, also referred to as Villa Alegria, is one of the most comfortable and beautiful oceanfront villas offering stunning ocean views, with the mountains of St. Martin resting on the horizon. Sandy Point Beach where you can swim and snorkel is just a 60-second walk down a paved path. Italian in its architectural design, this magnificent villa was decorated by the same interior designer as the Four Seasons Hotel on Nevis and blurs the lines between indoors and outdoors with a series of porticos, pools and terraces.

The villa is approximately 7,000 square feet with four+ bedrooms – three are master-quality with king beds, and one has two full-size beds. The media room features a queen-size sofa-bed to create a fifth bedroom . Alegria sleeps 10 people comfortably in beds, although larger parties can be accommodated with special notice. Two oceanview bedrooms are on the upper level and are reached by an interior staircase. The third bedroom opens to the infinity pool and view, and the fourth bedroom is located in its own bungalow just across from the pool. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. A fully-equipped gourmet kitchen hosts a selection of stainless-steel appliances. The villa has covered and alfresco dining areas and outdoor gas grill, perfect for casual and formal entertaining. Villa AXA ALE also boasts an indoor, equipped, air-conditioned fitness room.

The property is just a short drive to CuisinArt Golf Resort & Spa and the Anguilla Tennis Academy and in close proximity to the island's top West End restaurants and world-renowned beaches.

Lifting a finger is optional at Villa Alegria. Standard services include on-call concierge and daily housekeeping. Guests can personalize their stay with add on a la carte services such as private chef, in-villa massages, childcare, excursions and more.
