The 5-Bedroom Long Bay Villa is one of five custom-designed properties in this Beach Enclave community, located at the secluded and protected eastern end of Long Bay, Providenciales. Designed by the award-winning SWA Architects, all of these villas embrace the design philosophy of seamless indoor-outdoor living.

Each Beach Enclave Villa boasts generous living spaces that make the most of stunning ocean views glimpsed through lush tropical gardens. Steps away you’ll find the alluring Long Bay Beach, home to some of the best kite surfing waters in the Caribbean.

Living Spaces: The large open-plan living space in this Beach Enclave 5-Bedroom Villa consists of the living room, dining room, and kitchen. Large sliding glass doors open to reveal an expansive outdoor living area, with covered terraces, sun decks, and an inviting infinity pool.

The beautiful living room features plush white sofas surrounding a low-lying coffee table. Natural light fills the room, glancing off the white-washed walls, the lofty ceiling, and warm wooden accents. It’s a beautiful space to relax, admire the view, and settle down after dinner for some good conversation.

Kitchen and Dining Room: The roomy kitchen is stylish and modern, with all the amenities you need to prepare chef-quality meals. A large kitchen island doubles as a casual breakfast bar, an ideal space to enjoy an early morning espresso as the sun rises.

The glossy dining room table at this Beach Enclave Villa in Long Bay is large and stylish, with space for up to 10 people. Everyone will love gathering here over a delicious meal, sharing drinks, and discussing the day’s activities.

Alfresco dining is also an option at the large outdoor table. This is a perfect spot for lunches and sunset drinks, then watching the stars appear as the rosy gold sunset flares up over the ocean.

Bedrooms: There are 5 stylish bedrooms in this Beach Enclave Long Bay Villa, each with a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom. The contemporary and fresh design continues in these rooms as well, with a soft neutral color palette bringing the most out of the island décor. They’re a tranquil place to retreat to and recharge after hours.

The two master suites (one on the ground floor and another on the second floor) also come with an outdoor shower, a relaxing way to wash off the salt and sand. Terraces with deep-backed soft chairs let you gaze at the horizon and settle in with a good book.

Outdoor Features: Languishing outdoors is easy in such an exotic locale. The gorgeous infinity pool overlooks the ocean and will likely be the main gathering point during your stay. Loungers lining the pool’s edge let you soak up the island rays, while large sun umbrellas provide plenty of shade.

This Beach Enclave 5-Bedroom Long Bay Beach Villa also boasts an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill for cookouts and plenty of cozy nooks to curl up with a good book. Landscaped gardens lead you down towards the ocean, where a private beach deck has even more loungers for sunbathing.
