Villa Our Cayman Cottage, also known as GCM CTG is a 7-bedroom villa located in East End within steps from the beach, a 5 minute drive from shopping and a 40 minute drive from town. Built into majestic cliffs, Villa GCM CTG offers breathtaking views across the island and sea.

This 4-level villa offers 8,000 sq. ft. of interior space and an additional 2,000 sq. ft. of outside space on the pool patio and lower deck. The spacious living area features a large screen TV, while the well-equipped game room includes a pool table, built-in bar and arcade games. The large kitchen has a breakfast bar, preparation island and built-in seating area.

Villa GCM CTG sleeps up to 20 guests. Six bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, while 3 bedrooms have queen-size beds. Two more bedrooms feature queen-size beds with trundle beds, while the seventh bedroom is ideal for children with its bunk beds and a shared bathroom.

An expansive sun deck surrounds the custom-built freshwater infinity pool with a hot tub. A nearby shaded area has a hammock, Ideal for an afternoon nap. A private stairway leads to a secluded sandy cove which offers areas for snorkeling, kayaking and sunbathing. This villa also comes with air-conditioning, ceiling fans, cable TV, WiFi, a washer and dryer and a large barbecue grill.

During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.

*Note: Additional Silver Thatch tandem kayaks and stand up paddleboards (SUPs) available for discounted rental. Signed waiver and 5-day minimum required with 6th and 7th day free: US$39 per day per kayak/SUP ($195 per week/each). Paddles included.

The 10% Guest Service Fee includes your Silver Thatch Membership.

The service fee is capped at 10 days for extended stays.
