Villa Casa Luna #4, also known as GCM CL4, is part of an intimate resort-stye community located just south of Seven Mile Beach. Inspired by Tuscan architecture, Casa Luna blends modern luxury living with award-winning landscape design.

Villa Casa Luna #4 is a 3-bedroom multi-level, private villa. With an open concept design, guests will have plenty of room to spread out and enjoy island living. 2 inflatable twin beds can be provided for overflow sleeping.

Villa Casa Luna appeals to those considering a stand-alone villa but want more resort amenities, as well as those who are weighing the luxury of a Seven Mile Beach condo but want more privacy and fewer tourists on the beach or at the pool. Staying at Villa Casa Luna #4 is an excellent way to experience the best aspects of a private villa and the amenities of a luxury oceanfront condo.

Only 3-4 of the resort’s 18 villas are available for short-term rental. Exclusive to only villa owners and guests, the resort is rarely overcrowded meaning more room for you on the beach and around the pool.

The 10% Guest Service Fee includes your Silver Thatch Membership.

The service fee is capped at 10 days for extended stays.
