Living Spaces: You’ll want for nothing during a stay at Mandalay Villa. Several sublime living spaces make for the ultimate in relaxation, each with its own character and stunning views.

Why not settle in for your morning coffee and some conversation in the decadent living room, with a huge plush sofa overlooking the water? As the day continues, the kitchen and casual dining space is a great spot for a fresh lunch, while a handcrafted bar is ideal for island-style soirees. The villa’s full staff is on hand to deliver cocktails and hors d’oeuvres while you unwind.

A magnificent open-air theater is located on the upper level, where you can enjoy a luxurious movie night. The villa’s film library has more than 2,000 movies and is complemented by streaming services such as Netflix, Apple TV, and Direct TV.

Dining Room and Kitchen: Elegant Caribbean feasts can be enjoyed in the villa’s glamorous dining room. With space for up to 14 guests, this sea-facing room has a rustic, ochre-blue feature wall echoing the sea outside and an arched ceiling of wooden beams.

Villa Mandalay also has a full chef’s kitchen, although thanks to having a private chef on call, you’ll rarely need to use it. Your personal in-villa butlers will also pair any meal you have with a fine wine from the villa’s very own high-end cellar.

Bedrooms: There are 6 bedrooms spread across Mandalay Villa, making it a great choice for a getaway with your extended family or a larger group of friends. Each room has a king-sized bed, ensuite, and TV.

The master suite is the star of the show, a lavish space fit for royalty.The private deck is a fantastic spot for your morning coffee or to sneak away for some quiet time.

There are 4 other bedrooms in the main villa, each with a king-sized bed and ensuite. The sixth bedroom is in its own building near the villa’s entrance, offering a more secluded stay for those who want it.

Outdoor Features: The outside living spaces at Villa Mandalay are nothing short of divine. The centerpiece is the villa’s fire pit, located on a platform surrounded by comfortable lounges on each side. It’s the perfect spot to gather as dusk falls over the island.

Several pools of varying sizes are spread throughout the property, with waterfall features and stunning views. Lazing the day away in the sun is also an option with sun loungers, while shaded nooks are ideal for settling in with a crisp glass of wine and a good book.

No matter where you are in Villa Mandalay, you’ll feel as if you’re floating over the sparkling ocean. Built atop the foundations of a decades-old home, this beachfront property is literally on the sand – something no longer allowed by building codes in Providenciales.
