This beautifully appointed vacation retreat offers invigorating island breezes and panoramic views over the crystal-clear waters toward the island of St. Croix.

The interiors are elegant and modern, designed to help you relax on your island vacation. Natural stone and earthy woods create a laid-back vibe, while vibrant pops of color in pictures match the stunning views over the bay. Completing the home are classic and luxurious island furnishings, leaving no need unfulfilled.

Tucked away on the hills between Cruz Bay and Great Cruz Bay, Villa Royce has it all. Sunrise and sunset views are incredible, while the restaurants and shops in the village of Cruz Bay are only a short drive away. Drive a bit further and you’ll arrive at the pristine North Shore, home to some of the most incredible beaches in the entire Caribbean region.

Living Spaces: The living spaces at Villa Royce have a Mediterranean flair, with handsome pillars, arched doorways inside, and a soothing neutral color scheme. A bright and spacious great room is home to the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The entire space opens on all sides, letting you enjoy the island breeze and sunshine.

The comfortable living room is a great gathering spot for your stay. With a large, soft sofa, a flat-screen TV for movies, and a small table for card games, it’s a great place to relax inside.

Kitchen and Dining Room: The Caribbean charms continue into the kitchen, equipped with everything you’ll need to whip up gourmet meals. A spacious island means there’s plenty of room to get everyone involved in cooking, with a breakfast bar on one side for those who prefer to kick back and watch instead.

There are two indoor dining tables at Villa Royce, both an excellent choice to host a dinner party with family and friends. For those who prefer to dine alfresco, there’s also a table on the covered veranda outside with fantastic views over the bay.

Bedrooms: There are 4 bedrooms at Villa Royce, each of them a quiet and relaxing place to recharge each evening. Every bedroom comes with a spacious ensuite bathroom and a private balcony, a great place to wind down and watch the yachts come and go on the water.

Three bedrooms have a king-sized bed, while the fourth has two twin beds (which can also become a king).

Outdoor Features: The lovely cascade of balconies and spacious terraces make spending time in Villa Royce’s outdoor living spaces amazing. You could lounge away your whole day here, sipping on a fruity cocktail, reading a book, or soaking up the island rays.

Why not enjoy a fresh breakfast on the covered veranda, watching as the island below wakes up? Afterward, the swimming pool is a refreshing spot for a dip, with the infinity edge seemingly cascading into the bay below.

When it’s time to dry off, a series of loungers line the water, letting you sunbathe, enjoy a good book, or kick back with a cool drink. As the day continues, there’s nowhere better to enjoy the sunset views, watching as hues of orange unfold against the sky.
