Newly refurbished, Villa Marathon provides everything you need for a taste of the luxurious island life. The minimalist design focuses on the view, with a sublime blend of indoor and outdoor living spaces. Elegant and comfortable furnishings provide every comfort when you’re craving a day inside, with a soothing neutral color palette and plenty of spots to relax.

Nestled among the vibrant gardens of Virgin Grand Estates, Villa Marathon enjoys a fantastic location. This property enjoys incredible views of the ocean toward St. Thomas, while the magnificent North Shore beaches are a short drive away. Also within minutes are the dining, shopping, and entertainment options in the village of Cruz Bay.

Living Spaces: The main great room at Marathon Villa is bright and cheerful, home to the living room, dining room, and kitchen.

For days spent relaxing inside, there’s nowhere better than the living room. Comfortable sofas invite you to sink in and unwind, enjoy a movie on the wall-mounted TV, or soak up the island breeze through the open doors.

Kitchen and Dining Room: At the other end of the great room is Villa Marathon’s kitchen. Sleek cabinetry and the latest appliances make cooking here a pleasure. The concierge can even organize a grocery delivery, or for a special occasion, a private chef.

Between the living room and kitchen is the dining table, with seating for up to eight guests. It’s a great setting for everything from long and festive island dinners to late-night card games after the sun has gone down.

Bedrooms: The three quiet and relaxing bedrooms at Villa Marathon are spread across the villa to ensure privacy between guests. Luxuriously appointed, each comes with a flat-screen TV, ensuite bathroom, and private balcony area.

The first bedroom has a king-sized bed, with direct access to the pool terrace. The second bedroom also has a king, while the third has a pair of twins. Both these bedrooms are upstairs with balconies overlooking the pool and view.

Outdoor Features: Stepping outside the villa’s great room delivers you onto Villa Marathon’s outdoor pool terrace. There’s another great room here next to the pool, with a kitchenette, living room, and dining table. The room is ideal for entertaining, covered from above by the villa’s upper-level bedrooms.

You could spend all day lounging in the gorgeous swimming pool, featuring incredible views over the ocean and surrounding islands from its edge. Loungers are ideal for sunbathing, while the open great room provides space to relax with a meal or a movie while still being outside.

Venturing outside of Villa Marathon is equally as rewarding. The stunning North Shore is only a short drive away, with some of the best beaches in the Caribbean. Swimming and snorkeling are sublime, with sparkling turquoise waters hiding away plenty of marine life.

After a day on the coast, why not freshen up before rolling down the hill to experience some of Cruz Bay’s laid-back nightlife? The happy hour in restaurants and bars is always a lot of fun.
