Villa Blue Serenity, also known as GCM BST is directly sea front in the Cottage District, along the central south coast with a private dock, gazebo with hammocks, plenty of lounge chairs and outdoor furniture which makes this home extremely livable. There's excellent snorkeling behind the house.

Villa Blue Serenity's floor plan maximizes elevated bedroom views of the azure blue Caribbean Sea. A wall of sea front windows stretches the entire width of the house, flooding each room with sunshine and panoramic views. The upstairs main house was just completely renovated and furnished and offers 3 king bedroom suites, each with a large bathroom and modern shower and clothes closet. The large central great room was designed with family in mind to be easy and relaxing; all with a view to the sea.

The full-width, 60' windowed sun porch connects the 3 bedroom suites with the great room and offers a dining table and multiple conversation areas to spread out. Each bedroom suite and the great room has their own A/C thermostat, permitting individual temperature control.

Villa Blue Serenity is unique in that it also has a first-floor apartment with king suite, separate kitchen and living area with (2) daybeds.

The pool and multilevel pool decks are stunning and well-planned for sunbathing, dining, reading under shade or just lounging around. Many guests spend the entire day at the house rather than exploring.
