Villa Twin Palms, also known as GCM TWP is a 7-bedroom villa that sits directly sea front in the Rum Point district and enjoys a sandy beach and protective coral reef with excellent snorkeling.

This deceptively large 6,500 sq ft single story home was built specifically for entertaining larger families and offers stunning glass-wall views and has a great open concept feel

No neighbors on either side ensure guest privacy with the contemporary pool and 56' integral heated infinity spa with LED lighting and dolphin fountain

The main living area and media room each offer multiple reclining seat choices for watching sports, movies or gaming.

All there are multiple dining areas, all with gorgeous sea front views.

The main house sleeps 12 and offers an attached optional king suite (sleeps 2) with private bath & full kitchen for nannies, grandparents, etc. for a modest surcharge of only $150/night. The studio is accessible from the exterior as well as through the east laundry room area.

The game room has a pool table, foosball, shuffle board and lots of tech-toys (Xbox One, Sonos, Apple TV, etc.)

100' beach front covered veranda for protection from the sun as well as an exterior half-bath so that guests need not walk inside as often with sand on their feet.

The villa enjoys a deep sandy beach, 2 tandem kayaks and 10 loungers for sunbathing. We enjoy a small area on the beach that is sandy barefoot entry to the water and is great for children.

The 10% Guest Service Fee includes your Silver Thatch Membership.
