Villa Mer Soleil, also known as SXM MER, is a 5-bedroom villa located in Hillside/Baie Longue within minutes of the beach and shopping. This villa enjoys spectacular sunsets from its pool deck and outdoor entertainment area.

The living room is furnished with Rattan sofas and chairs, a large flat screen TV, and opens to the pool deck. The well-equipped kitchen stretches out from inside to a dining area underneath a gazebo with columns. The dining area features a large table with seating for 8 guests facing the pool and ocean view.

Each air-conditioned bedroom has a king-size bed, ceiling fan, and an ensuite bathroom. One bedroom has a large shower that opens to the garden. Another bedroom opens to a private terrace.

A deck with loungers frames the pool. The house also has an automatic generator, gas grill, Aqua Premium alarm system, satellite dish network, a fax machine, and WiFi.

Villa Mer Soleil, or SXM MER, comes with house cleaning services six days a week. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
