Villa Terrasse de Mer, also known as PIE HOW, is a 4-bedroom villa located in Hillside/Baie Rouge within minutes of the beach and shopping. This villa offers spectacular ocean views.
The spacious living room with a large plasma TV is partially screened with sliding doors, which open to the terrace. The large gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops, an island, a dining table, and European, hand-painted cabinets. The dining area with seating for 6 guests has glass sliders, which open to the pool.
Each air-conditioned suite has a king-size bed, ceiling fan, satellite TV, and an ensuite bathroom. One suite enjoys an ocean view, while 2 suites open to a terrace, overlooking the garden and ocean. One suite is located in a separate cottage, which has a private terrace with a garden and ocean view.
A deck with loungers at one end frames the heated swimming pool. At one of the pool is a gazebo, which houses a hot tub that is partially shielded behind glass doors. This villa also comes with fitness equipment, an automatic generator, gas grill and WiFi.
Villa Terrasse de Mer, or PIEHOW, comes with house cleaning services six days a week. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
