Promiseas Villas, also known as VL PRO are made up of two 4-bedroom villas and is rented in total as an 8 bedroom villa. Located on a fabulous private sandy cove these newly completed and exceptional side by side villas are perfect for large families or groups of friends. Beautifully decorated with excellent use of local wood (Modern Teak, Guango, Spanish Elm and driftwood).

Major design elements of Promiseas Villas are the unique water features throughout the property and the modern architecture by Jeremy Millingen.

Promiseas 1 has a spectacular curved shingle roof, a curved mirrored entrance ceiling with contemporary lighting to highlight all areas and Blue Mahoe ceilings. There are four king-sized master bedrooms with Jacuzzi or hot tubs and a rain shower in each bathroom, beach cove, barbecue, beach dining deck, tennis court and gym.

The unique design features of Promiseas 2 include a glass atrium in the center of the living room with a beautiful Teak tree growing through the open top, third floor tree house bedroom, and living room with spectacular views of the sea. The hot tub, in its man-made underground cave, is surrounded by bamboo with a bar and massage deck overlooking the sea. There are three king-sized master bedrooms with Jacuzzi or hot tub and showers and the fourth bedroom on the third floor has four queen beds (ideal for children and teenagers) and a large deck overlooking the ocean with a rope bridge leading to the yoga and bird-watch deck.

All bedrooms have quiet remote control air conditioning, ceiling fans, flat screen HD televisions and ensuite bathrooms.

Promiseas Villas have full staff, chefs, butlers, housekeepers, personal laundresses and gardeners.

The property is equipped with single and double kayaks with life jackets, fishing equipment, game room, private clay tennis court, racquets & balls and is lit for night play.
