Villa Siena, also known as IE SNA is a 4-bedroom villa just a short walk from Grace Bay Beach.

As you drive through the entrance gates to this Mediterranean inspired, 2- story luxury villa, you will feel “at home” with its spaciousness and privacy.

Upon entering Villa Siena you will find a Living/Family area complete with a bar counter, sectional sofa, 65” smart TV and 22 feet of glass sliding doors opening out to the pool area with comfy sofa seating and lushly landscaped secluded and private yard.

Upstairs you’ll be mesmerized at the 30 foot vaulted ceiling, gourmet kitchen complete with a 6 burner gas Viking stove, a built in Thermador refrigerator, breakfast counter, and more cabinets than you will ever use. There is a large formal dining area to seat 8, sofa and chair seating including a 70" smart TV. The entire area opens up with 32 feet of glass doors to the upper terrace, complete with dining area, lounge area, and barbecue grill area.

Villa Siena is situated on an oversized lot with a gated entrance. Tall palm trees and tropical landscaping surround the villa on all sides. The 1st floor terrace opens out to the “floating” pool which has an infinity edge on 3 sides and features an ancient Italian well ring in the center. You will find comfy sofa seating under the covered terrace and various chaise loungers surrounding the pool area outside. The upper terrace is complete with a dining table and chairs, a built-in grill area and a lounge area.

The Master Suite is situated on the 2nd floor. It is furnished with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a large stand alone shower, double vanity, and his and her walk-in closets with sliding glass doors out to the balcony over looking the pool and yard area. Bedroom 2 is a suite on the 1st floor level with a four- poster king bed, an ensuite bathroom which includes a tub, a large stand alone shower, and vanity. Double French doors lead out to a private terrace which connects to the pool area. Just off of the Family Room, Bedroom 3 is a suite also on the 1st floor. It is complete with a king bed, walk-in closet, large stand alone shower and a vanity. Through the double French doors is a private terrace area with a “splash” pool which waterfalls into the larger swimming pool.

Bedroom 4 is a detached Guest Suite, complete with a queen bed, fully-equipped kitchenette, sitting area, and bathroom with walk-in shower and vanity.

Villa Siena is a short 2-min drive from the Turtle Cove Marina, restaurants, shops, bars, tour operators, and more.
