Villa Demide, also known as BRV DMD is a 3 + 1-bedroom villa offering every kind of comfort in its elegant and graceful interiors.

The elegant interiors have been decorated with exquisite taste, using a mix of expensive and prestigious materials, such as marble and rich wood, combined with period furniture, trendy wallpaper and clever paint colors. Stunning endless views of the typical Tuscan landscape can be enjoyed from every room. The ground floor hosts the communal spaces: a living room with a fireplace, a formal dining room, a breakfast room, each designed to exude luxury. The space is flooded with natural light that pours in from the large windows. A fully-equipped kitchen opens onto a shaded patio, ideal for alfresco meals. A guest bathroom is also available on this floor.

All the bedrooms are located on the first floor and have A/C; each bathroom is provided with hair dryer.

Nestled among 10 acres of woodland, surrounded by tranquil olive groves and bountiful fruit trees, the estate includes a manicured garden and a generous swimming pool where to relax in style. This estate is completely fenced, and it is located in a very private setting. A large front terrace allows to breath in the panoramic views while enjoying a meal or just sipping your favorite Tuscan wine. Two electronic gates give access to the villa for complete privacy.

Villa Demide combines the relaxed atmosphere of a country dwelling with the refined flair of a luxury home. The nearest town, with grocery stores, a couple of restaurants, pharmacy and emergency services, is only 2 Km away. Florence is accessible in 25 minutes by car.

    The Italy trip was fantastic. The villa was something out of a dream and just gorgeous. We had more room than we could ever use. The bedrooms were all as advertised and the bathrooms all different but each had essentials and worked flawlessly. The best thing was the housekeeper who we hired to cook for us and were rewarded with each meal being better than the last. She is a gifted chef. She shared stories and kept us smiling. We even changed some trip plans to just enjoy the villa. Some of us went swimming in the pool! It was like the first swim of the summer. Thank you for the recommendation
