The stylish interiors evoke the easy-going relaxation of a day on the sand, combining dark island wood with pops of Caribbean flair. The modern design takes advantage of the incredible sea views and island trade winds.

Villa Limin' da Coconut is set on a point of land jutting out into the waters of Anguilla's southern coastline, offering peerless privacy and spectacular views of St. Martin. Island breezes wash through the home, and the gentle tide washing against the shore can be heard from all over. With the beach bars and restaurants of Sandy Ground just a short drive away, this is a sublime choice for a vacation in Anguilla.

Living Spaces: There are 8,000 square feet of luxurious indoor-outdoor living spaces at Villa Limin’ da Coconut. As you enter, you’re delivered into the open-air courtyard and atrium, dotted with palm trees and open to the sky above. Surrounded by open-plan relaxation areas, the flowing design takes in the living room, lounge area, and dining room.

The serene living room is an inviting place to relax, with comfortable sofas offering views over the pool terrace and sparkling ocean. To the left is another lounge room, this one with several sofas arranged in front of a flat-screen TV for movie nights.

Kitchen and Dining Room: On the other side of the main living room is the dining table, with seating for up to 12 guests. It’s a fabulous setting for elegant island dinner parties, feasting on the local dishes.

Behind the dining room is Limin’ da Coconut’s fully equipped kitchen. With a large granite-topped island and GE Profile appliances, cooking here is a breeze. The concierge can even organize a grocery delivery, catered meals, or for a special occasion, a private chef.

Bedrooms: Villa Limin' da Coconut features four themed master bedroom suites: the Balinese Suite, the Mexican Suite, the Mediterranean Suite, and the Moroccan Suite. The design of each pays special attention to its namesake through carefully chosen décor. Each comes with a king-sized bed, a spacious ensuite bathroom, and incredible sea views.

On the main level is the fifth bedroom, the Driftwood Room. With a pair of twin beds and two trundle beds, it’s an ideal space for kids. The optional sixth bedroom is in its own apartment, with a queen-sized bed and a trundle. This space also has its own small kitchenette and living area.

Outdoor Features: Outside, you can lounge around on the sofas, or enjoy an alfresco meal at the dining table. Steps lead down to the infinity pool, a tempting spot for a refreshing dip. Loungers are on the terrace to one side, next to a manicured lawn that’s also fantastic for sunbathing.

A rooftop terrace is a superb spot for stargazing at night, toasting to your island holiday as the kaleidoscope of stars twinkles above. During the daytime as well it’s a great choice, with panoramic views over Anguilla and towards St. Martin. Check out the amazing kaleidoscope of stars from the roof deck on a beautiful clear Caribbean night.

Following the steps past the pool delivers you onto the private pocket beach where the sparkling turquoise waters lap at the golden shore. Diving in reveals some fantastic snorkel
