Welcome to The Beach House Villa (booking code: AXA BHS), a contemporary 8-bedroom villa located on Meads Bay beach, Anguilla. This modern and spacious villa enjoys spectacular ocean views and is within steps of the beach.

Located in the popular Meads Bay in Anguilla, The Beach House Villa is well situated for a beachfront vacation. The picture-perfect stretch of sand is steps away, while beachfront bars and restaurants like Jacala and Ocean Echo let you enjoy the ocean views with a cool drink and some fresh seafood.

Living Spaces: Spacious, bright, and airy, the indoor living spaces at The Beach House Villa are ideal for relaxing. The great room enjoys stunning views, home to an open-plan living area and dining room.

In the living room, a luxurious sofa faces the glass doors, offering an incredible spot to sink in, unwind, and enjoy the ocean vistas. Behind are two colorful armchairs for even more comfort, while ceilings above stretch up to the second story, with more windows letting in the Caribbean sun.

The Beach House Villa also has a games room, ideal for entertaining. There’s billiards and a ping-pong table, and an incredible home movie theater with seating for up to 16 guests, complete with its own bar.

There's also a gym with equipment that has been fitted by Elite Sports Performance the same company as fitted the Liverpool and Man City Football Club Gyms in the UK and the UFC Gym in LA. Personal training, yoga, bootcamp and tennis training can be arranged.

Kitchen and Dining Room: The sleek and modern kitchen at Beach House Villa can handle any culinary challenge. Although, with a private chef included, all you need to do is kick back and relax while someone else does all the hard work.

The elegant dining table in the great room is a superb setting for a gourmet feast. Otherwise, dinner can be served on the covered terrace outside, letting you enjoy a meal in the balmy island air.
