Welcome to Villa Le Bleu (booking code: AXA BLE), a stunning 10-bedroom villa located in Little Harbour, Anguilla. This villa enjoys panoramic ocean views from its spacious living areas both indoors and out – a fantastic choice for your island getaway.

Inside it’s all about island luxuries. Minimalist in white with vibrant splashes of ocean blue matching the water outside. The natural breezes rustle plenty of greenery inside, while the luxury furnishings offer every comfort. This beachfront property is elegant, bright, and stylish.

This property is part of WIMCO’s Special Reserve collection, where the services of a private chef and house hold staff are included in the price, combining the amenities of a 5-star resort with the privacy of your very own home.

Located in the popular Little Harbour, Villa Le Bleu stretches along the waterfront, and has two pocket beaches for swimming and sunning. When it’s time to take advantage of Anguilla’s famed dining scene, the beach bars of Sandy Ground’s restaurant row are just 10 minutes away by car.

Living Spaces: The spectacular living and entertaining areas are situated on the upper level, which is accessed by walking through an exquisite water garden and ascending the master staircase. There’s a living room, kitchen, and dining room, all of it open to the pool terrace.

The bright living room has several cushioned sofas, inviting you to sink in and relax. From here, the cooling ocean breeze and sea views will have you embracing the laid-back lifestyle of Anguilla in no time.

Kitchen and Dining Room: The well-equipped kitchen in the main house at Villa Le Bleu also opens to the pool deck. You’ll have everything you need to prepare gourmet meals during your stay, however the house comes with your own private chef, so you may decide to have someone else prepare all the meals for a change!

The elegant dining room has a large table that can seat up to 20 guests. It’s a magnificent setting for island-style dinner parties that last long into the evening. For those nights when you’d prefer to dine in the warm island air, there’s also another table for 20 by the pool.

Bedrooms: In total, there are 10 bedrooms at Villa Le Bleu. Quiet, comfortable, and stylish, you’ll have no trouble relaxing and recharging here.

On the upper level are two bedrooms, accessed via the pool terrace. Both have plush king-sized beds and alluring views over the water towards St. Martin.

The pool level has the rest of the bedrooms, all of them linked by attractively landscaped walkways. There are seven bedrooms with king-sized beds (one of which can instead have two twins) and one bedroom with a queen. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, with two of them featuring stunning natural freeform stone tubs.

Outdoor Features: On the main terrace on Villa Le Bleu’s upper level, the star of the show is the infinity swimming pool. You could lounge in the water all day, admiring the views over towards the mountains of St. Martin Island. Sunbathing is of course available, with loungers scattered across the terrace.

A lounge area is an ideal spot for cocktails and an aperitif at sunset, watching as the rosy golden light falls across the sea and sky. In case you feel like grilling up some fresh fish and succulent steaks, the villa also has a built-in barbecue next to the pool.
