This spacious estate is spread across three buildings: the main house, the courtyard garden house, and Little Indigo. Beautiful gardens link the buildings, where clean lines and soothing white tones make it easy to relax. Spacious and airy, the interiors also feature wooden accents and vibrant splashes of color, enhancing the peaceful island atmosphere.

This property is part of WIMCO’s Special Reserve collection, where the services of a private chef and house hold staff are included in the price, combining the amenities of a 5-star resort with the privacy of your very own home.

Located on the southern coast of Anguilla, Villa Indigo enjoys a private stretch of white sand. The bigger Sandy Ground Beach is also just a 10-minute drive, lined with popular beach bars such as Roy’s Bayside Grill, Johnno’s on the Beach, and Elvis’ Beach Bar.

Living Spaces: The first level of the main house is the central living space and entertaining area. There’s a comfortable living room and an elegant dining area, letting you gather with friends and family at all times of the day.

In the spacious lounge room, cushioned white sofas surround a flat-screen TV. It’s an ideal spot to unwind with a movie night, or simply gaze out at the expansive sea views towards St. Martin.

Kitchen and Dining Room: Villa Indigo’s gourmet kitchen is next to the main great room, accessed via the outdoor terrace. Although with two private chefs included in your stay, you’ll barely need to step foot in this space.

The elegant indoor dining room has seating for 12 guests, a fine choice for an island-style dinner party. While you wait for dinner to be served, why not enjoy a cocktail hour on the outdoor lounge on the terrace? The sea views are amazing.

A dining pavilion in the seaside garden is another fantastic spot to enjoy a meal, letting you soak up the warm Caribbean evenings with your food. The villa’s staff can even set up a table on the beach - life doesn’t get much better than this.

Bedrooms: There’s a total of 10 bedrooms at Indigo Villa. Each bedroom has a king-sized bed, satellite TV, ensuite bathroom, and a private terrace area.

In the main house are the first seven bedrooms; four on the upper level, and three on the ground level. One of the ground-level bedrooms is designed as a large suite, with a living area, kitchenette, wet bar, and a gorgeous patio facing the sea.

The final three bedrooms are inside Little Indigo, a separate pavilion accessed through the villa’s garden. Quiet and tranquil, inside is a shared kitchen and living room. For larger groups, this property can be rented alongside Villa Le Bleu (booking code: AXA BLE) for a total of 19 bedrooms.

Outdoor Features: Outside is where Villa Indigo really shines. On the ground level, an expansive garden stretches towards the ocean, with plenty of covered terrace areas providing relaxing and shady areas. Lush palm trees rustle in the breeze, while comfortable lounges and sunbeds offer lots of places to unwind.
