Villa Aurora, also known as MV AUR, is a 5-bedroom villa located in Hillside within a short drive of several beaches. Previously featured in Architectural Digest, this contemporary, colonial-style villa offers sweeping vistas of the ocean.

All rooms are adorned with sophisticated furnishings. The open-air dining pavilion offers an ideal space for meals, while the well-equipped media room is perfect for entertaining. An expansive wrap-around veranda enjoys spectacular views and ample seating.

Three air-conditioned bedrooms are located in the main house, two of which can be interconnected. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and ensuite bathroom. Two of these bedrooms have king-size beds, while 1 bedroom has twin beds.

Nestled on the grounds is the separate Jasmine cottage, a lovely private hideaway, which houses 2 bedrooms. Each of these adjoining bedrooms has a queen-size bed and ensuite bathroom. This cottage also has a private rock pool with sun deck. Jasmine Cottage can also be rented on its own as a one bedroom.

A deck with loungers and landscaping surrounds the large pool, which is only heated in the winter. This villa also comes with Direct TV, an iPod docking station, WiFi, piano, 2 Kawasaki Mule golf carts, and a complimentary car.

Villa Aurora, or MV AUR, comes with house cleaning services. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
