Spread over three bungalows, Villa Blue Swan is a sublime mix of indoor and outdoor living. Inside is modern and comfortable, with eye-catching artwork on the walls and stylish wooden furnishings. Every space opens to the outdoor terrace, encouraging you to enjoy the enticing views and glorious Caribbean weather.

This property is within a short drive of the elegant shops and restaurants in the capital Gustavia. The gorgeous Shell Beach and Gouverneur Beach are both just a short drive away.

Living Spaces: The spacious main bungalow at Blue Swan Villa is home to the living room, dining, and kitchen, which can be closed off and fully air-conditioned. The wooden floors are from a centuries-old French barn, and the large glass doors open to the ocean view.

The living room features a pair of soft sofas in front of a coffee table of reclaimed wood. A grand piano in the corner enhances the elegance of the room. It’s an ideal space for a quiet coffee, an afternoon nap, or some conversation with friends and family.

Kitchen and Dining Room: Next to the living room is Villa Blue Swan’s gourmet kitchen, ready to handle any culinary challenge thrown its way. Our concierge can even organize grocery pre-stocking or delivery, catered meals, or arrange private chef service for a special occasion.

Dividing the kitchen from the covered terrace is a breakfast bar, which seats 6 guests and is a great spot for a quick bite before slipping into the pool. The dining table on the terrace has seating for 12 guests, a lovely spot for more elegant dinners on the cool island evenings.

Bedrooms: The first master bedroom at Villa Blue Swan is accessed via the covered entryway to the property. The second is in a separate bungalow, a few steps below the first. The third master bedroom is below the pool and offers more privacy. These 3 bedrooms come with a European king-sized bed, closets, connected TVs, and en suite bathrooms with showers. The 4th bedroom is off the parking smaller than the others, and is best for teens or staff, has a queen-sized bed, a small closet, and a covered outdoor bathroom with a shower.

Outdoor Features: Just outside the main room, on the covered terrace, is a breakfast bar; a great spot for a quick bite before slipping into the pool. The central masterpiece is the inviting infinity pool. This is a magnificent spot to cool off during the day, with uninterrupted views over the rolling hills with Le Pain de Sucre island and the shimmering ocean beyond. There’s even an enticing swim-up bar, a nice spot to shake up a tropical cocktail and toast to your vacation.

Surrounding the pool is the generous deck, with plenty of covered space for relaxing in the shade. Loungers are also scattered around the area, offering a nice spot to sunbathe or get some work done poolside, on the high-speed fibre-optic internet connection. At the edge of the terrace is a lounge underneath a gazebo, a prime location to enjoy a stunning St. Barts sunset.

The popular Shell Beach at Gustavia is only a 5-minute drive. On the south coast is the pristine sand of Gouverneur Beach, just 5 minutes away, where calm turquoise waters lap the white shore.
