Italy Villa LDG AFR Description

Villa LDG AFR is situated just a 5 minute walk from Anacapri town center. It is located near the blue grotto railway and there are taxi and bus stops by the villa's front gate. The garden is full of Mediterranean plants, including English grass, bougainvillea, jasmine, and palms. There is also a large bougainvillea arbor where you can park cars or scooters. The garden and parking area are connected by quartzite Capri style flooring. In this same area is a large terrace with bathroom with shower and dressing room, hammock, umbrella, sunbeds, and lounge areas. This terrace surrounds the wonderful 8x10m pool with steps.

The entrance of villa LDG AFR is designed in typical Capri style with an old handmade door lit by two lanterns. Upon entering the villa you find a drawing room with antique furniture, leather couches, a 32" TV and an old brick fireplace. Next to the drawing room is a pretty dining room with garden view. It has a wooden table and chairs, and a desk with telephone. On the same level is a bathroom with shower and the kitchen. The rustic, 1960s-style kitchen has a nice wooden table with chairs, oven, stove, dishwasher, freezer and refrigerator. Beside the kitchen is the first bedroom, with ceramic white and yellow tile floors, twin beds, and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom features a large library, antiques, and a garden view.

A ceramic tile and grey marble set of stairs leads to the first floor, which features 4 bedrooms and baths, and a view of the garden and pool terrace. There is also a wonderful sitting room on the same floor.

An interesting feature of villa LDG AFR is the "tavern" area with a nice billiards table, a pizza oven, lounge area, and a small kitchen. It has a private exit to the parking area on the left and the pool terrace on the right. From the tavern you also have access to the staff area which has one large bedroom and bathroom.

Villa LDG AFR has heating systems in each of the bedrooms, bathrooms, and in the drawing room, dining room, and tavern.

With its modern comforts, large interiors and beautiful outdoor areas, Villa LDG AFR is the perfect place to spend a relaxing vacation on Capri Island.
