What is a Concierge Credit?

WIMCO St. Barth Properties concierge credits are a line of credit that can be applied towards almost any concierge-related item that we arrange on your behalf, during your stay in St. Barth. Some important limitations should be noted:

1. The credit cannot be redeemed for cash, and it cannot be applied toward flights/helicopters or boat transfers, VIP airport services, restaurants, or tips.
2. All concierge credits are issued in US dollars and will be converted to Euros (EUR), the local currency on St. Barth. Exchange rates fluctuate regularly, so the final Euro value of your credit may vary slightly at the time of conversion.

How Can I Use My Concierge Credits?

There are plenty of ways to use your concierge credits. Here is a list of items that they can be applied to: 

• Hertz car rentals
• Provisions orders and takeout meal deliveries 
• Chef & catering services
• Boat charters
• Jet ski rentals/tours 
• Watersport rentals 
• Villa equipment rentals
• Boat and fishing charters
• Hotel spa treatments
• In-villa wellness services (massages, facials, IV therapy, etc.) 
• Private driver services
• In-villa yoga & Pilates
• Guided hiking 
• Scuba and snorkeling excursions 
• Surfing and sailing lessons 
• Unique experiences - beach picnics, wine glass painting session, in-villa movie theater nights, stargazing experience, fire dancers, magicians
• Babysitting
• In-villa decor (for birthdays, bachelorette, etc.) 
• And more! 

I have a Concierge Credit Because I Reserved a Director's Pick Collection Villa, are there Terms and Conditions?

Yes, there are terms and conditions for the concierge credits that come with your Director's Pick Collection villa. They are as such:

1. No cash value (not refundable for cash).
2. Value of USD credit will be converted to Euros on client’s final invoice.
3. Only valid during stay.
4. No credit for unused credits.
5. Credit will be applied towards activities, services, and items purchased by WSBP on behalf of client.
6. Concierge credit valid on all new Director's Pick Collection bookings from May 31, 2024, unless noted otherwise.
7. 5-night stay minimum is required for Director's Pick Collection benefits.
