WIMCO Villas update The sixth edition of the Saint Barth Gourmet Festival takes place November 6-10, 2019 on the island of Saint Barthelemy. Now considered a major culinary event, the Festivals cast of participating chefs is once again star-studded and comprises iconic figures of haute French cuisine.

Are you a foodie who loves to travel? Consider a trip down to the island of St. Barths this November to experience the celebrated St. Barth Gourmet Festival (formerly known as the Taste of St. Barths). At this mouth watering event celebrated guest chefs from around the world team up with chefs at local restaurants to create fabulous tasting menus, cook-offs, and friendly competition.

NEWS FLASH:

WIMCO Villas will be raffling off eight luxury tasting menu dinner vouchers, in pairs of two. Each pair of tickets will entitle the winners to enjoy a complimentary multi-course tasting menu dinner. The chefs preparing these dinners are being ho

sted by WIMCO during the Gourmet festival.Drawings for the tickets will be held each morning of the festival, with one pair of tickets given away each day. To be eligible to win, all you have to do is be staying in a WIMCO villa during the event and you are automatically entered in the raffle each day!

The Chefs:

Arnaud Faye is the patron chef this year and will be joined by seven chefs, glittering stars in the galaxy of French cuisine, each of which will be working at an island restaurant during the festival. The festival dinners will be held atthe Hotel Christopher, Hotel Le Toiny, Le Sereno, Hotel Manapany, Le Barthlemy Hotel > Spa, Le Tamarin, Nikki Beachand LEsprit.

As in past years, each chef creates a special multiple-course menu for the four dinners during the Festival, allowing residents and guests on the island to discover various styles of cuisine and signature dishes.

The St Barth Gourmet Festival has grown into one of the top gourmet festivals in the world, combining world class cuisine with the casual elegance and natural beauty of St Barth.
