Black Ginger restaurant st barts

25 Quarter (Phone: 0590 27 51 82) Closed Sundays
25 Quarter is ideal for a drink before or after dinner, or for great veggie food selection. If you are in the mood for tacos, great cocktails and very good whiskey selection, this is the place!

Bagatelle Waterfront (Phone: 0590 27 51 51 | Website: Daily 7pm-11 pm
Known for their locations in NYC & LA, Bagatelle mixes DJs, surprises, and great pizza in a waterfront setting.

Bar de d’Oubli (Phone: 0590 27 70 06)
Your neighborhood meeting spot in Gustavia. A great place after shopping in town, and the place to be on a Sunday if you’re an American football fan. Extensive cocktail list, plus paninis, salads, and burgers. An easy spot for breakfast before a sail, too.

Bete a Z’ailes aka the Bazbar (waterfront) (Phone: 0590 29 74 09 website: Dinner only
BAZ bar (as it’s affectionately named) sits on the harbor with live bands playing daily, and offers sushi.

Bistro Josephine (Phone: 0590 27 14 17)
Traditional créole restaurant (accras, boudin, lobster fricassée). Very casual and ideal for a quick lunch.

Black Ginger (Phone: 0590 29 21 03) Dinner: 7pm – Midnight. Closed on Tuesdays
Located in the heart of Gustavia, Black Ginger serves authentic and refined Thai cuisine. Be sure to try Black Ginger to go!

Bonito (Phone: 0590 27 96 96) Dinner from 7-12am, Closed Sundays
A hotspot in town with unmatched views of the harbor. The Venezuelan owners have designed an appetizers section with traditional ceviches, tiraditos, and tartares.

Burger Palace (Phone: 0590 51 27 74)
The only fast food in St Barth, great burger selection, and if you want to stay home, they deliver.

Carambole Bakery (Phone: 0590 27 90 05)
Very good sandwiches.

Eddy’s Restaurant (Phone: 0590 27 54 17) Dinner only, Reservations for large tables only  Closed Sundays
One of St. Barths’ oldest restaurants, Eddy’s serves traditional Caribbean cuisine in a garden like setting.

Fish Corner (Phone: 0590 51 36 33) Open for lunch. Closed Sundays
Delicious cuisine with a large selection of seafood from here and elsewhere, nice and fast service, nicely decorated, very good prices. Reservations recommended.

Galawa (Phone: 0590 27 53 20)
In the former Pipiri Palace space, Galawa’s tables are set in a tropical garden within a restored classic St. Barths house. The menu features classic French fare (foie gras, French Onion soup) as well as an extensive seafood selection.

La Cantina (Phone: 0590 27 55 66)
Open all day, including breakfast and happy hour. Casual, but with a cool atmosphere in Gustavia. Menu features salmon tartare and Greek salads.

La Guerite (Phone: 0590 27 71 83) Closed for the summer, reopening in October 2018
The new hotspot! Mediterranean food with great ambiance.

La Crèperie (Phone: 0590 27 84 07)
The place to bring kids, or to go when you want to feel like one! From savory crepes to sweet ones, to salads and sandwiches, the menu has many options. A St. Barths institution.

Le Repaire (Phone: 0590 27 72 48) Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
Head to Le Repaire for breakfast, lunch or dinner on your way into town, French classics and WiFi.

Le Select (Phone: 0590 27 86 87) Lunch and Dinner. Closed Sundays
If you’re looking for your cheeseburger in paradise, you’ve come to the right place. Le Select sits in the center of Gustavia, with white plastic chairs and a totally casual vibe.

Le Vietnam (Phone: 0590 27 81 37)
Very traditional Asiatic restaurant with Vietnamese specialties (Peking Duck, Bun Bo and Egg Rolls). Perfect for take-out, too.

L’Entracte (Phone: 0590 27 70 11) Dinner: 6.30 – 11pm (high season)
On the harbor, L’Entracte is known for its pizzas, which can also be taken to-go, and for reasonable prices. Look for the blue palm tree.

L’lsola (Phone: 0590 51 00 05) Closed Mondays Dinner: 6pm -11 pm
This candle-lit restaurant is perfect for an in-town romantic setting. With highly praised Italian dishes, L’lsola is a client favorite.

L’lsoletta (Phone: 0590 52 02 02) Closed on Monday
If you like Isola you will love the little sister Isoletta. Enjoy a great selection of real Pizza and traditional Italian dishes, to go or on site, great set up right in the center of Gustavia.

Ociela (Phone: 0590 27 63 77) Closed Wednesdays
Ociela occupies the former Strand space in Gustavia. White tablecloths, signature cocktails, and organic offerings with a Mediterranean bent. Did we mention the view?!

Orega (Phone: 0590 52 45 31) Dinner only. Closed Sundays
A new favorite! French Japanese fusion with friendly service. Go for your sushi roll fix!

Shellona Beach (Phone: 0590 29 06 66) Lunch 12:30 & 2:30, and Dinner
Formerly Do Brazil, Shellona is the new beach house restaurant on Shell Beach­–one of the best spots to watch the sunset. Mediterranean fare and special cocktails.

Lorient & Saline:

Choisy – Lorient (Phone: 0590 29 76 78)
Wonderful bakery in Lorient. Arrive early if you’re keen on croissants and baguettes – they can sell out fast! Choisy also offers pre-made sandwiches, tarts, and pastries, as well as coffee.

Esprit du Jean Claude Dufour – Saline (Phone: 0590 52 46 10)  Dinner: 7pm & 9 pm, Lunch on Sunday only
Situated in a garden next to Saline Beach, L’Esprit features a creative re-imagining of traditional dishes. Menu is limited and changes nightly.

Grain de Sel – Saline (Phone: 0590 52 46 05) Lunch: 11:30am – 4pm Dinner: 7-10:30pm Closed: Sunday nights and Mondays
Head to Grain de Sel for fresh salads and burgers for a pre or post beach stop.

JoJo Burger – Lorient (Phone: 0590 27 50 33)
JoJo burger is known as the best-kept secret for a great burger. Totally no frills (seriously, none), JoJo is home to the surfers who spend the morning across the street at Lorient Beach.

Le Bouchon – Lorient (Phone: 0590 27 79 39)
Located in the shopping center next to L’Oasis supermarket (and an ATM), Le Bouchon is a perfect spot for take-out, or a low-key meal if you’re staying nearby. Large pizza menu (including white and red sauces), as well as salads and paninis.

Les Petite Colombe Bakery – Lorient (Phone: 0590 29 74 30)
Expect the same great fresh bakery offerings as the Colombier location.

Sayolita – Lorient (Phone: 0590 27 13 30)
Just up the street from the surf store in St. Jean, Sayolita feels like a relaxed bar you might find in Mexico. A local favorite, the restaurant is known for its cocktails but also offers light bites like bruschetta and charcuterie plates. Totally OK to show up in bathing suits post beach. Bring mosquito spray, as the dark wood attracts them here.

Tamarin – Saline (Phone: 0590 29 27 74) Closed on Mondays. Open for Dinner 7-11pm

You’ll find lily ponds, the iconic Tamarind tree, and a bevy of island wildlife at this recently renovated spot. Menu features light tropical salads, as well as more robust meat dishes.

Colombier, Flamands, Anse des Cayes & Corossol

Au Regal – Corossol (Phone: 0590 27 85 26)
As close to a French cafe as you will find on St Barths. Located down the road to Corrosal, at Au Regal the décor is simple (covered in Football scarves!), but the food is good and the clientele very local. Think chicken Colombo, escargot, and meats.

Hotel Manapany – Anse des Cayes (Phone: 0590 27 66 55)  Lunch 12-3pm, Dinner 7-10pm
Relaxed waterfront bites and unique menus; experience Le Manapany restaurant delicacies, tailor-made by Chef Edouard Fabius in the heart of St Barth.

La Langouste – Flamands Beach (Hotel Baie des Anges) (Phone:0590 27 63 61) Lunch & Dinner
Looking for the quintessential Caribbean lobster experience, enjoy views of Flamands beach as you experience a bit of the old St. Barths.

Les Bananiers – Colombier (Phone: 0590 27 93 48)
Next door to la Petite Colombe bakery in Colombier. Local in feeling, with good pizza and well-priced wine.

Les Petite Colombe Bakery – Colombier (Phone: 0590 27 59 27)
Traditional bakery in Colombier. Ideal for those staying in the area.

Villa Marie at François Plantation – Colombier (Phone:0590 77 52 52)
For Dinner: The dining room at the renovated Francois Plantation is worth a visit alone. The first-rate menu and food is simply a perk. Expect an elegant dinner with French favorites like foie gras, fresh tartares, and souffles. The adjacent bar is a perfect spot for an aperitif and a game of Backgammon.

For Lunch: While the hotel will not be open til March 2018, you can still enjoy a hotel-like experience with lunch at Villa Marie’s intimate pool. Pick from light favorites like watermelon-feta salads or an irresistible croque-monsieur!

Hotel Christopher (Phone: 0590 27 63 63)
Mango Open Daily for Lunch from 12:30–5pm. Bar from 10:30am – 5pm: The Mango Bar & Restaurant is located right on the beach between the Christopher’s swimming pool and the sea. Enjoy fresh salads, fish or grilled meat, burgers and creative club sandwiches, overlooking surf and ocean.

Le Ti St.Barth (Phone: 0590 27 97 71 | ) Bar opens at 7pm. Dinner from 7:30pm to 9.30pm · Closed Sunday and Monday   By the end of dinner, expect half the room to be dancing on tables. Great for birthday parties, Ti St.Barth has remained popular for good reason.

Yo Sushi Mania – Marigot (Phone: 0690 65 12 55) Located at Villa Lodge in Grand Cul de Sac, Yo Sushi Mania is the place for terrific sushi. Dine by the pool, and enjoy the sushi boats, rolls, and Sake.

St. Jean & Lurin:

Chez Joe (Phone: 0590 27 71 40) Located on the first floor of the airport with daily specials. Ideal before taking off for a flight, or grabbing a coffee while waiting!

Hideaway (Phone: 0590 27 63 62)  Opening Summer 2018
Lunch & Dinner Closed: Monday. No lunch on weekends  The spot for pizzas! A local spot at a great value. Don’t miss their spaghetti alla carbonara.

Kiki E Mo (across the street from Nikki Beach) (Phone: 0590 27 90 65) Snacks – 9am to 10pm
The best paninis on the island. Pick up a selection of their prepared salads en route to the beach.

L’Ardoise (Phone: 0590 77 47 97)
Located in Villa Creole, it’s an easy place to stop for a bite mid-shopping. Local in feel with reasonable prices. Savory and dessert crepes are their specialty!

Le Glacier (Phone: 0590 27 71 30) Sports bar, very local

Le Jardin (Phone: 0590 27 73 62) Located across the street from the airport (and just behind the WIMCO office), Le Jardin is the perfect spot for a light bite if you’re waiting for a friend off a flight. Scrambled eggs and the fresh fruit are spot-on. A private and quiet spot to take a call or have a meeting, too.

Le Piment (Phone: 0590 27 53 88) Lunch & Dinner. Open from 8am-1am Closed Mondays
Restaurant and tapas bar with paella on Saturdays and Sundays.

Maya’s To Go (Phone: 0590 29 83 70 |
Dean & Deluca like take-away restaurant in St. Jean that also sells a number of US products.

Nikki Beach (Phone: 0590 27 64 64) Lunch only
Like their locations in Miami and St. Tropez, Nikki Beach is a total party! The atmosphere is the star, but the menu is also excellent and features both sushi and classic French dishes.

Papa’s Pizza (Phone: 0590 29 87 76)
Extensive pizza menu – and available for delivery!

Papillon Ivre (Phone: 0690 73 25 30) Snacks – 9am to 10pm
Located in St. Jean, Papillon Ivre is traditionally known by locals. It is a wine bar with a great selection of daily specials, and wonderful cheeses and French wines. It is an incredibly warm place, made special by its owner Julie. Ideal for a drink and bite, or for a tapas-styled dinner.

Pearl Beach (Phone: 0590 52 81 33) Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner (closed Monday night)
This is the former Tom Beach, located right on St. Jean beach, a great lunch spot (try the shrimp brochette) and often features fashion shows and themed dinners. A good spot for breakfast, too!
