Anse des Cayes is one of the forgotten beaches of St. Barths, but with the right wind and sea, surfers can be seen riding the waves. Located on the Western half of St. Barths, this beach is usually windy and the sea can be rough so it’s not one for peaceful swimming. This wild beauty is what attracts me to walk on this particular beach, especially since the far end of the beach is undeveloped. Surfers visiting St. Barths can rent a board from Hookipa Surf Shop.
