Living Spaces: There are 8,000 square feet of luxurious indoor-outdoor living spaces at Villa Limin’ da Coconut. As you enter, you’re delivered into the open-air courtyard and atrium, dotted with palm trees and open to the sky above. Surrounded by open-plan relaxation areas, the flowing design takes in the living room, lounge area, and dining room. The serene living room is an inviting place to relax, with comfortable sofas offering views over the pool terrace and sparkling ocean. To the left is another lounge room, this one with several sofas arranged in front of a flat-screen TV for movie nights.  

Kitchen and Dining Room: On the other side of the main living room is the dining table, with seating for up to 12 guests. It’s a fabulous setting for elegant island dinner parties, feasting on the local dishes. Behind the dining room is Limin’ da Coconut’s fully equipped kitchen. With a large granite-topped island and GE Profile appliances, cooking here is a breeze. The concierge can even organize a grocery delivery, catered meals, or for a special occasion, a private chef.  

Bedrooms: Villa Limin' da Coconut features six exquisite master bedroom suites and luxury bath ensuite bathrooms, and incredible sea views. The sixth bedroom is in its own apartment, with a queen-sized bed and a trundle. This space also has its own small kitchenette and living area.  

Outdoor Features: Outside, you can lounge around on the sofas, or enjoy an alfresco meal at the dining table. Steps lead down to the infinity pool, a tempting spot for a refreshing dip. Loungers are on the terrace to one side, next to a manicured lawn that’s also fantastic for sunbathing. A rooftop terrace is a superb spot for stargazing at night, toasting to your island holiday as the kaleidoscope of stars twinkles above. During the daytime as well it’s a great choice, with panoramic views over Anguilla and towards St. Martin. Check out the amazing kaleidoscope of stars from the roof deck on a beautiful clear Caribbean night. Following the steps past the pool delivers you onto the private pocket beach where the sparkling turquoise waters lap at the golden shore. Diving in reveals some fantastic snorkeling opportunities under the surface. For something bigger, Sandy Ground Bay is a 10-minute drive, where you’ll find popular restaurants such as Roy’s Grill and Johnno’s on the Beach.
