The Point Estate

The Point Estate (villa code: MSK PNT), is situated on the island’s south side and boasts eight suites along with a bunk room, offering breathtaking reef break views and direct access to Manchioneel Beach. At its heart, the Great Room is ideal for coming together, while the individual suites provide each guest with their own private retreat.

The centerpiece of The Point Estate is its expansive Great Room, intentionally designed to cater to groups and multi-generational families. This inviting space features plush, comfortable couches perfect for lounging and socializing. The sunken bar, elegantly integrated into the room, is a stylish spot for mixing drinks and enjoying conversations. A large television provides entertainment for movie nights or sports events, while a selection of table games ensures endless fun for all ages. The Great Room allows everyone to engage in different activities, all while enjoying the cohesive atmosphere created under one thatch roof.

Encircling the Great Room is an unparalleled infinity pool with adjoined hot tub and outdoor pool bar. With lawn space for games and a fireplace on the horizon, guests can be anywhere on the exterior and in touch with those indoors. Start your day with 360-degree sunrise views from the Crow’s Nest and wind down in the same spot with sunset cocktails. Re-ignite the evening by dining in the Seaside Pavilion and dancing in the pool shallows.

The Point is a haven for sun and sea lovers with private use 9.8 Scorpion twin-engine boat ready to take you to nearby islands. Ensuring endless outdoor adventures, this estate also has direct access to the beach and hiking trail heads. This included anytime use of kayaks, paddleboards, and snorkeling gear available on the beach. Enjoying lunchtime beach bbqs, dinner with your toes in the sand, or an evening bonfire with smores.

Boasting direct access to Manchioneel Beach and some of the most incredible sunsets on island, The Point sleeps up to 16 adults in stand-alone suites and 8 additional guests in the bunkroom. Each suite features comfortable furniture, private terraces, and stunning island and sea views.

Each estate on Moskito Island boasts a dedicated assembled from all over the world, they work together year-round to ensure a seamless experience. Led by the Estate Manager, Head Chef, and Guest Services Manager, the team includes breakfast chefs, pastry chefs, kitchen porters, servers, bartenders, and garden and pool technicians.

Although the island is 125 acres, its compact size and few roads allow guests to travel from one end to another in less than 10 minutes. Estate staff serve as chauffeurs, ensuring comfortable transportation around the island using golf carts and Mini Mokes, which are open-air, lightweight vehicles perfect for tropical terrains.

There are no water taxis, however boat rides can be arranged for an extra charge to dine at restaurants on nearby islands. This exclusive perk allows guests to venture into the surrounding British Virgin Islands, uncovering hidden gems, secluded beaches, and charming local towns and restaurants.

Accommodations range from poolside villas to cliffside cottages, each within three acres of lush private gardens. Guests can experience true seclusion with private island estates, booking a single estate or multiple for ultimate privacy. 

* Notes - Shared amenities include a main Beach House with pool, bar and private dining spaces that can be reserved for your exclusive use and events. Two tennis courts, hiking trails, a fully-equipped gym and a water sports center are available to all island guests, including kayaks, paddleboards, snorkels, Hobie Cats, Flite Boards, Seabobs and other non-motorized water equipment.
