Ideally located in the hills above Gouverneur beach, Avalon Villa enjoys unrivaled privacy while also being close to the shops, restaurants, and nightlife of Gustavia. Gouverneur Beach is a 3-minute drive, while the towns of Gustavia and St-Jean are both under 10 minutes away. It doesn’t get much better than this.

Living Spaces: Creamy white walls and furnishings in the living spaces encourage you to forget the hectic pace of modern life. An open-plan great room has a living area, dining table, and gourmet kitchen.

Three of the bedrooms are on the main level, two of which enjoy dazzling ocean views. The master suite on this level also features its own small sitting area in front of a flat-screen TV. The fourth bedroom is on the lower level, a quiet spot for those after a bit more privacy.

Picture yourself lounging by the lap pool on a sunbed, soaking up the island rays. When things get too hot, it’s as easy as slipping off into the refreshing water to cool off. But when it is time to venture outside, you’re spoilt for choice. The pristine beach at Gouverneur is just a 3-minute drive downhill. Also within easy driving distance are the soft shores at Saline and St-Jean, both considered amongst the most beautiful beaches on the island.
