Inside is sleek and contemporary, with the dazzling white interiors contrasted by décor made from reclaimed driftwood. Plush furnishings offer every comfort, while striking photography on the walls adds a glamorous touch to each room.

The beautiful Lorient Beach lies below, offering a calm and protected area ideal for swimming and sunbathing. Elegant shops and restaurants are close by in the town of St-Jean, a 7-minute drive. For sunset lovers, this villa offers a direct sunset view for most of the year.

Living Spaces: The interior living spaces at Villa Avenstar are airy and bright, taking in stunning views over the sea. The heart of the home is a spacious great room, with a living area, dining table, and kitchen combined in an open plan design.

The living area is stylish and chic, with soft white sofas in front of a flat-screen TV. The mix of contemporary furnishings and reclaimed driftwood give the room a tropical-luxury vibe. The large glass doors open to the outdoor terrace, washing the space in the gentle island breeze.

Kitchen and Dining Room: Next to the living room is Avenstar Villa’s gourmet kitchen, with everything you need to whip up delicious meals during your stay. Our concierge can even organize grocery pre-stocking or delivery, catered meals, or arrange private chef service for a special occasion.

Next to the kitchen is the indoor dining table, with seating for up to 10 guests. It’s an ideal setting for elegant island dinners. If open-air meals are more your style, just outside on the terrace is a dining table overlooking the shimmering Caribbean.

Bedrooms: The master suite at Avenstar Villa is located above the main house, featuring a king-sized bed and a spacious ensuite. A private terrace with ocean views lets you wake up each morning with incredible vistas of the Caribbean.

The second bedroom is on the main level next to the living room, with another king-sized bed. The final three bedrooms are on the lower level. Two bedrooms have king-size beds, while the fifth bedroom has twin beds.

An optional sixth bedroom is available upon request, located in a separate area, and ideal for a private chef or live-in nanny.

Outdoor Features: The long heated infinity pool on the upper level is a tempting place for a dip. At its edge, which cascades into the pool below, you can enjoy uninterrupted views over the gorgeous Lorient Bay.

Loungers scattered across the deck are ideal for sunbathing or curling up with a good book. A lounge area next to the pool is a great location for an evening soiree, enjoying a bottle of French wine as the sunset sends hues of rosy gold across the sky. On Villa Avenstar’s lower deck is another lounge area and more sunbeds next to the second swimming pool.

For those of you craving the open water, the stunning Lorient Beach is just a short drive away Protected by a coral reef, it offers a peaceful place for swimming, sunbathing, and snorkeling. The gorgeous beaches at St-Jean and Marigot Bay are also within easy driving distance.

Amenities: Thoughtful touches at Villa Avenstar help elevate your stay on St. Barts. This non-smoking property features fast Wi-Fi, a gas grill, a wine cellar, an outdoor shower, and U.S. and French satellite TV. There’s even a mini-golf course and putting green, ideal for golfers.

A complimentary breakfast, including baked goods, orange juice, and more, is included daily. Guests receive a welcome bottle of champagne and a gift in each room upon arrival. The rate is $35,000 per week during Thanksgiving.

Villa Avenstar in St. Barts comes with house cleaning services six days a week (except on holidays). During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for young children but does not allow pets.
