The great room at Villa Aya consists of a living room, dining area, and kitchen. The entire room opens to the pool terrace, letting you cool the space with the gentle island breeze.
The warm and inviting kitchen at Villa Aya has everything you need to prepare gourmet meals during your stay. Our concierge can even organize pre-stocking or delivery, catered meals, or arrange a private chef service.
A marble-topped island separates the kitchen from the rest of the great room. More formal dinner parties can be hosted outside, where a dining table for 8 sits underneath a gazebo. Open-air meals with a stunning sunset are exactly what life in the Caribbean is all about.
Each of the bedrooms is on either side of the great room, ensuring peace, quiet, and privacy for guests. Both have a plush king-sized bed, ensuite with a spacious shower, and a TV. When morning comes, sliding glass doors lead directly onto the terrace, letting you start each day with those views of the shimmering Caribbean.

The outdoor living spaces at Villa Aya make the most of this fantastic location. The gorgeous infinity pool will be a highlight of your stay. Lounge beds are scattered around the pool on either side, letting you relax in the sunshine.
Past the pool is a sunken terrace furnished with comfortable outdoor sofas, just kick back and soak up those dreamy island views. A large lawn is also great for relaxing, furnished with another outdoor lounge setting.
The stunning St. Jean Beach is just a few minutes down the hill, while the restaurants and shops of Gustavia are just over 5 minutes away by car.
During the December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
