And when the mood takes you, it’s only a short walk to the fabulous restaurants and lively nightlife of St. Barts’ capital.

Living Spaces: A tranquil hideaway in the middle of Gustavia, the spacious living areas inside Villa Casa Roc are luxurious and modern. Bespoke furnishings provide every comfort, while large sliding doors and windows frame those picture-perfect views of the town.

The main living area features a chic sofa underneath vaulted ceilings, with a wall of glass sliding doors behind opening to the terrace and views. Settling in here is a great way to relax, letting the island breezes wash through the home. A flat-screen TV also provides some entertainment.

Kitchen and Dining Room: A large breakfast bar separates the living room from the modern, well-equipped kitchen at Villa Casa Roc. Chic and elegant cabinetry hides away a range of high-end appliances – you won’t have any trouble preparing gourmet meals here.

The breakfast bar itself is a great location for your morning coffee, gazing out at the shimmering ocean. For more formal meals, there’s a fantastic dining table on the covered terrace, letting you dine while perched above the bustle of Gustavia.

Bedrooms: There are 3 bedrooms at Villa Casa Roc, spread across the home to provide privacy and quiet between guests. The master bedroom is behind the living room on the main floor, with a lavish king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with an indoor and outdoor shower.

The second bedroom is located on a lower level and is slightly smaller and has a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom with a shower.

The third bedroom is in a separate bungalow with a king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom with a shower, and a quiet terrace.

Outdoor Features: On the main level, the spacious terrace enjoys the best views in the home. Next to the dining table is a nice spot for a cocktail at sunset, watching as the shimmering golden hues fall across the red roofs of Gustavia below.

Descending downstairs to the lower level brings you to Villa Casa Roc’s decadent swimming pool, refreshing and cool. It can also be heated for swims in the cool evening when the lights of Gustavia cast a romantic golden glow across the area.

Villa Casa Roc is also well-placed for beach days at Shell Beach, around a 5-minute walk away. Quiet and pristine, this beautiful little beach just below Gustavia is a great spot for swimming, and there’s even a beach bar and grill in case you get hungry.

Amenities: Villa Casa Roc enjoys all the high-end amenities expected of a luxurious St. Barts villa. The house also comes with Wi-Fi, a gas and flat-top (plancha) grill, a jacuzzi, a Nespresso coffee machine, and French satellite TV in the living room and master bedroom.
