As you enter the front door, you’re immediately delivered into Villa D’zir’s spacious great room with a contemporary, beachy feel, minimalist and chic, it’s at once relaxing and inspiring. Wall-to-wall doors slide open to let in the ocean breeze, washing over the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The living room features plush, cushioned seating, ideal for unwinding, settling in with a book or enjoying a movie on the large screen TV. This is sophisticated Caribbean living at its best.
Speaking of the kitchen, foodies will love creating gourmet meals here. Classic wooden cabinetry is sleek and chic, and the breakfast bar is a great perch to enjoy a morning espresso or some fresh fruit. A large dining room table with seating for 10 guests is the ideal setting for more formal meals. Our concierge can organize grocery pre-stocking or delivery, catered meals, or arrange private chef service for a special occasion.
The bedrooms at Villa D’Zir spread out across the property to ensure the utmost privacy for guests. Each room has a plush king-sized bed, ocean views, and a spacious ensuite bathroom. There’s even a hammock chair in each room, hanging from the ceiling.
A grand covered terrace provides a shady spot to enjoy the warm weather and cool island breezes. The lounge is magnificent for evening cocktail hours, watching the sunset cast rosy gold light across the islands Les Gros Islets, Le Pain de Sucre, and Les Petits Saints. In the distance, you can even glimpse St. Kitts.
The heated infinity pool stretches to the edge of the terrace; you could happily laze all day long in the refreshing water.

There are plenty of beaches nearby as well. Flamands Beach to the north is a picture-perfect sweep of white sand and turquoise waters. To the south is the pretty Corossol Beach, filled with traditional boats moored at the harbor.
Elegant shopping and restaurants in Gustavia are less than 10 minutes away. Within walking distance is one of the island’s best bakeries, La Petite Colombe, offering fresh pastries and baguettes each day.
