The entire home enjoys views of the offshore islands Île Toc Vers, Île Fregate, and Île Bonhomme. As an added bonus the beachfront restaurants at Cheval Blanc hotel and Baie des Anges are within walking distance.

Inside, designer furnishings and a superb design create a luxurious feel. With a stripped-back décor and pops of ocean color, it’s a gorgeous mix of sophisticated living and beachy charm. The entire space flows seamlessly to the outdoors, where the sand and sea await.

Chic and stylish, the living room at Villa Flamands Beach features creamy white sofas contrasted by accents of wicker. Splashes of blue in artwork and cushions bring a warm, coastal vibe into the room. The relaxing room reflects the pristine sand and turquoise waters of Flamands Beach, just outside.

The master suite, located on the upper level, boasts a private sundeck with stunning ocean views, offering a perfect spot to greet the morning or unwind in the evening. A spacious deck runs the length of the villa, furnished with sun loungers and comfortable seating areas, ideal for soaking up the warm Caribbean sun. After dark, it’s also a great spot for some stargazing and a late-night drink.

Steps lead straight onto the soft sand of the beach, where a small dining table sits under swaying palms. A hammock is a relaxing spot to enjoy the sunset, watching as the sky turns hues of pink, purple, and gold. The inviting water is seconds away.

Nearby is the trailhead for the trek to Colombiers Beach. Accessible only on foot or by boat, it’s a gorgeous and rugged beach that is well worth the effort to get there. A short drive to the east is St. Jean Beach, while the towns of Corrosol and Gustavia are both around 10 minutes away.
