Villa Floating Garden, (villa code: WV RKU) is a contemporary 3-bedroom villa located in Lurin within minutes of the beach, restaurants, and shopping. This villa enjoys beautiful sunsets.
The interior features a spacious, open-plan living room and dining area with a long wooden table. A breakfast bar separates the well-equipped, gourmet kitchen from the living and dining area. The living area opens to the terrace.
All 3 bedrooms have private terraces with outdoor seating areas and ocean views. The master bedroom is located on the opposite side of the pool and other bedrooms and has a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with shower. The other 2 bedrooms have queen-size beds and ensuite bathrooms with showers.
Lush, tropical gardens surround the property. A large pool with stairs faces the view. The house also has WiFi, a barbecue, and a French satellite TV.
