The expansive Villa Good News offers an abundance of living spaces; this is the height of St. Barts' luxury. Expect polished marble floors, crisp white walls, and vaulted ceilings in most rooms hanging above contemporary and antique furnishings. Completing the home is a tasteful collection of art, blending beautifully with the chic style of the villa.

With a fantastic location in one of the island’s most quiet corners, Villa Good News offers all the peace and privacy you’re craving for your tropical getaway. The beach at Petit Cul de Sac is a short walk away, while shops and restaurants are around 10–15 minutes by car.  

Living Spaces: Villa Good News features a gorgeous open-plan layout, leading you from the grand entryway into the spacious living room. There are four sofas and several plush chairs for relaxing, with soft, recessed lighting complimenting the design and artwork adorning the wall.

Immediately to the right of the entrance is a large office space, which also serves as the TV room for a cozy evening inside with the latest Hollywood blockbusters.

Kitchen and Dining Room: On the opposite side of the entrance is Villa Good News’ spacious kitchen. It’s a dream for gourmet foodie travelers, with sleek cabinetry and high-end appliances underneath a vaulted ceiling of wood with an elegant chandelier. The kitchen also features a flat-screen TV and Sonos sound system for entertainment while cooking.

Sharing the space with the kitchen is a round glass table, ideal for fresh pastries and coffee in the mornings. A more formal dining table shares the space with the large living area, a wonderful setting for gourmet dinners with the whole group.

Bedrooms: There’s a total of 6 bedrooms at Villa Good News, although the 2 rooms on the lower level are more suited for teenagers or staff.

There are four bedrooms on the main level, one on each corner of the living room. There are two fabulous master suites at the front of the villa, enjoying king-sized beds and wonderful ocean views. These rooms also come with separate dressing rooms, flat-screen TVs with satellite channels, and modern ensuite bathrooms with showers.

The two guest suites enjoy garden views, one with a king-sized bed, and the other with a pair of twins (which can be configured into a king). These rooms have ample closet space and also come with a flat-screen TV and ensuite bathroom.

On the lower floor, you’ll find the two additional bedrooms. One has a queen-sized bed and a small ensuite bathroom, while the other has two twins, a queen, and a sleeper sofa. A small bathroom completes this room.

Outdoor Features: Expansive outdoor living areas make it easy to shrug off the rushes of modern life and slip into the elegant St. Barts lifestyle. A covered terrace offers a pair of dining tables, ideal for alfresco dinners in the cool evening air.

From here, the wooden terrace begins, an expansive space with plenty of seating in sun and shade. Palm trees sway in the breeze, loungers line the pool, and the Caribbean shimmers in the island light; this is a true slice of paradise.

The heated pool is a tempting spot, there’s yet another dining table for ocean-front meals, and plenty of plush sunbeds provide idyllic spots to read a book, sunbathe, or drop off for an afternoon nap. An additional sunbathing level with loungers completes the outdoor space, located a bit lower on the edge of the cliff with stairs leading down to the sea.

Amenities: Villa Goods News features a range of high-end amenities. This St. Barts villa also comes with fast Wi-Fi, a gas grill, a fitness room, an outdoor shower, and an indoor/outdoor sound system.

During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
